Bring Sasuke back!

Rukia looked at Sasuke. "Heh... I couldn't have you madder at me, could I? I've been fine... until that guy..."

 

"..What guy?..''Sasuke asked,getting interested.

 

Rukia sighed, knowing that there was no point in saying 'don't worry'. "I don't know his name." She started. "But it was obvious he was one of Orochimaru's drones. He had a curse seal too. But everytime he touched me, it hurt... It was almost unbareable... And he spread my curse seal by just touching it... I only stayed awake to finish the mission... Once we got back, my body gave out on me..."

 

"..I'll make sure Tsunade will know of this...''Sasuke said,surely shocking her.But he didnt want to lose control of himself anymore..he had to try and avoid fighting for a while.

 

Rukia shook her head slightly, causing the cloth to slip. "I don't want her disappointed in me too..."

 

"Stop being hard on yourself..''Sasuke said,trying to stop her from lowering her own self esteem."Besides..tommorrow,she wont be the Hokage anymore..do you know why?''

 

"No..." Rukia replied. "Is she too old or something?"

"Who's the guy who's always dreamed of becoming Hokage?"Sasuke asked her with a smile.

 

"Oh..." Rukia caught on. "He's going to try tomorrow?"

 

Sasuke nodded."Yeah..he'll finally do it..''he said.

 

"Hopefully I can be there for him..." Rukia sighed, closing her eyes.

 

Sasuke nodded and stood up,releasing her hands."This is goodbye..''he said silently.

 

"No, wait!" Rukia sat up quickly. She winced and started coughing.

The medic rushed to help.

 

"Take it easy!"Sasuke urged her,then sat back down."..What is it?..''

 

Rukia got herself under control and looked at Sasuke. "If you won't be back for a long time, I want to come with you."

 

"..You cant leave Michiko by herself like that,Rukia.."Sasuke said,shocked at her choice."..Why would you want to?..''

 

Rukia lowered her eyes. "I'll miss you..."

 

"..I'll be back in 9 months time so I'll see my son born..but then that's it..''Sasuke said silently."..I'll miss you too..''

 

Rukia felt tears start to come. "Then take me with you."

 

"..Your willing to leave Michiko behind like that?..just forget about me Rukia,Michiko needs you more than she needs me.''Sasuke explained.
