Bring Sasuke back!

"I wanna watch!" Hatsumi said bubbly. "That way I'll be ready for when I get to challenge you!"

 

"you've got to get better first..''Naruto said wisely.

 

"I know, I know." Hatsumi sighed. "I'm gonna get to the top of that tree the next time I try! You can bet on it!" She grinned.

 

Naruto nodded,but was also noticing it was getting late."I think I'll be going now..it's getting late..''Naruto stood up.

 

"Take me with you!" Hatsumi said, a little more beggingly than she meant.

 

"..Huh..?..why didnt you go with your dad?..''Naruto asked

 

"... 'Cause he's being weird." Hatsumi answered, as though it was obvious.

 

"..Dont insult him..''Naruto said,picking her up out of the bed as if she was a baby.

 

"But it's true." Hatsumi said innocently. She held onto Naruto.

 

"The truth can hurt people...''Naruto said,carrying her out of the room and heading for the exit.

 

Hatsumi shut her eyes, getting tired. "Do you think Daddy was being weird because of me?"

 

Naruto smiled faintly and looked down at her while exiting the hospital."...He's actually caring about something,Hatsumi...that necklace is important to him and I think you know why..''he said,enjoying the peacefull sunset and calm breeze that hit them."..Your uncle had murdered his own family,and the only thing he has to remember,the only thing that keeps their memory truly alive..is that very same necklace."Naruto rounded a corner and sped up toward's his home,sure that Hatsumi was getting drowsy."Sasuke lived for one purpose,and that was to end Itachi's life..but since you and Michiko had come along,it's been holding him back from becoming the old Sasuke..the cold,cruel,and ruthless one..''

Sasuke sat inside his own room,atop his large comfortable matress,deep in thought."..This has made me weak..I could have finished him off in less than a minute if..''he mumbled,recalling his encounter with Orochimaru earlier and how his strength had lessened since he settled down.He still had not taken care of Itachi,the only reason he joined Orochimaru was to do so..and he had forgotten his true purpose.

Gaara quickly broke free from the kiss and looked away."Well then..I think I should head back to Suna..''he muttered,stepping away from the bed and blushing deeply.To think that his first kiss would be inside a Hospital...what would he tell his children when they grew up?..

 

Michiko was rambling on about her day at the academy as she and Sakura returned home. "And they did laps around a track, lots of them, and they did target practice, and they took a test, and-" She yawned.

"Sounds like you had an exciting day." Sakura said.

Michiko nodded. "But I was the only one that could climb a tree without using my hands!" She said proudly.

"So would he be happier if I wasn't here?" Hatsumi asked sleepily.

"Oh... Okay." Satoshi was blushing. "I won't be much longer."

Zentaro ran through the village gates, headed for the hospital but hoping to find someone else who could help; it would save time.

 

"No..he really loves you..but you've pulled him away from what he's been training for..''Naruto explained,reaching his front door.he quickly pulled a hand away and took out a key,and still held Hatsumi tightly to make sure she wouldnt fall.After getting the door open he turned the knob and headed inside and set Hatsumi down on the couch to go back and shut the door.

Sasuke heard the voice of Michiko and Sakura downstairs,he just sighed and stood up from his meditating position on the bed.cracking his neck,he went downstairs to give his daughter a hug.

"OK..I hope you'll come back soon then..''Gaara gave her a quick bow and hurriedly walked out of the room,still blushing.

 

Zentaro quickly got two medics to follow him with a strecher back to Rukia and the team.

Michiko was still talking about her day.

Sakura looked over at Sasuke and smiled.

He... bowed to me? Satoshi's blush deepened and she smiled.

Hatsumi was asleep by the time Naruto had opened the door.

 

Gaara was heading back to Suna,but kept his eye on a young boy and a couple medic's making their way out of the village.

Sasuke just watched Sakura from the corner of his eye before kneeling down and giving Michiko a quick hug."Have fun?''he asked.

Naruto headed back to the couch to find Hatsumi already sleeping.He just smiled and headed upstairs to his own room,bed wouldnt be the same without Hinata.

 

"She kept saying it was just a headache," Zentaro explained when he and the medics reached Rukia, Daisuke, and Akira. "But she collapsed a while back. We carried her as far as we could."

Daisuke was kneeling right next to Rukia, worried about her. He looked up when Zentaro came back and reluctantly moved away when the medics placed Rukia on the stretcher.

Akira stood back a bit, just watching. If she just would've stopped to rest, this wouldn't have happened. She thought, not fully understanding.

Michiko nodded. "I made friends! They tried to teach me to do this copying thing, but I couldn't do it."

"I'm sure you'll get it with a bit of practice." Sakura said, knowing Michiko was speaking of the clone jutsu.

 

"Henge no Jutsu..you'll get it..''Sasuke encouraged her,then stood up and moved toward's the doorway,planning to leave,and not planning to come back until..

 

OOC: until he got the necklace ^.~ right, right? :D

BIC: "Can I go again tomorrow?" Michiko asked, tugging Sakura's shirt.

"If it's okay with Iruka-sensei." Sakura said. "And if you go to bed."

Michiko bolted up the stairs.

Hinata was sitting on the bed. She smiled at Naruto as he came in. "Surprise."

"We'll take it from here." One of the medics addressed the genin. "You're dismissed."

Daisuke watched Zentaro and Akira leave, but he stayed. "I want to come."

"Unless you know any medical jutsus, there's nothing you can do for your sensei." The medic said as he and his partner lifted the stretcher. "Just go get a good night's rest so you can be at your all on your next mission."

Daisuke mumbled a 'yes sir' and watched as the medics took Rukia to the hospital. He rubbed his neck. After wearing it for a while, it feels weird without it...

 

Sasuke's legs had suddenly caught on fire,and the flames moved up toward's his head."..The darkness in me has layed dormant,but its time for it to awaken again..''he muttered.
