Bring Sasuke back!

"..Let's go out and find her..''Sasuke said,standing up and helping Michiko on her feet."..We'll be back in about 10 minutes Sakura..''he saidleading Michiko outside.
Naruto's head lowered."Nope..only Ramen..'''he muttered.

 

Hinata smiled, trying not to laugh. "We could just go out, if you want."

"Fine." Sakura replied. She said she'd be back. There's no need to go get her.
Michiko held on to Sasuke's hand.

Rukia rubbed the side of her neck. It felt odd to not have the necklace after wearing it everyday, but she didn't mind. She let her hair down and then started walking back.

 

Sasuke waited outside for Rukia.
"..I only know what place,and im nearly there everyday..anywhere you want to go?''Naruto asked her.

 

I've got to keep a smile for Michiko. She won't understand if I tried explaining to her. Rukia took out a kunai and twirled it on her index finger. She appeared content, but inside she was distressed.

"...Did she mean what she said?" Michiko asked quietly. "Will she be with me more?"

"I know the perfect place. Neji-kun took me there once and it was great." Hinata smiled.

 

".....Of course she will..''Sasuke said silently,though not believing himself.

Naruto sweatdropped."..Neji took you out to dinner?''

 

Hinata nodded solemly. "He thought I would pass the Jounin exams so he made a reservation.... I failed... But he took me anyways. He said it was for a good try..."

Michiko smiled. "I'm gonna show her how I can climb a tree."

 

"..There was an exam?..Im a Jounin,but I dont think I earned it..''Naruto mumbled,feeling as if he got his title on a whim.

Sasuke could see Rukia approaching."Here she comes..''

 

Hinata wrapped her arms around her waist. "You're an excellent Jounin... Maybe I'll get it next time..."

Rukia put the kunai back in its poutch. "Ready to go?" She asked Michiko, not looking at Sasuke.

"Yeah!" Michiko smiled.

 

Sasuke went back inside without a word.
"Im the new one,im not as good as Kakashi-sensei was"Naruto said,but smiled anyway."I'll be better than him,than anyone!"

 

"I know you will." Hinata smiled.

Rukia let Michiko hold her hand as they walked. "Where do you want to go?"

 

Naruto couldnt believe how supportive Hinata was to him,and he couldnt believe she thought she would be a bad mother,she was the perfect mother."Ok,let's go..I'll pay,I still have that dorky frog wallet..hehe''Naruto scratched the back of his head,quite embarresed.

Sasuke sat down next to Hatsumi."They're gone..Rukia didnt look at me at all''he told Sakura silently,though not caring if she did or not."..And her necklace was gone..''he remembered the missing Uchiha Symbol necklace she had before,and suddenly it was gone now,did she cast it aside?

 

"I like that frog." Hinata said, smiling a bit.

"I'm sure she had a good reason." Sakura said. Sighing, she looked at Sasuke. "Why don't you two get along?"

Hatsumi had finished and just sat, listening.

"Let's go see the big puppy!" Michiko said.

Rukia's heart sank. "... They're out on a mission..." She lied. "Anywhere else you want to go?"

 

"If she could look me in the eye and stop hiding things from me,then maybe we'd get along better..''Sasuke said silently.

Naruto nodded."I need to find a new wallet,anyway..let's go eat then,lead the way!"

 

"Aw...." Michiko sighed. "I'm hungry."

"You didn't eat?" Rukia asked.

Michiko shook her head.

"Alright then. I know where to go." Rukia hoisted Michiko onto her shoulders. "Hang on."

Michiko laughed. "This is cool!"

Hinata began leading Naruto. "I've heard people say that the ramen is better than Ichiraku's." She said, knowing that Naruto would definatly have something to say about that.

"Maybe if you tried being nicer to her, she'd trust you more." Sakura said dryly.

"Im nice right now..do you want to see me angry?''Sasuke asked.

Naruto let out a loud gasp."Better!?''he exclaimed,stars in his eyes and a little drool coming from his mouth.

 

Sakura shut her eyes. "Sasuke... I know what it's like to have family die. Maybe not to the same degree as you. I know I'll never fully understand the hurt you went through. But I grew up without a dad so I can relate." Her voice was quiet but dangerously angry. "All you've ever thought about was yourself. You've done nothing for no one until Michiko and Hatsumi came along. And yet they were for you too. You're so caught up in your own little world that you can't see the needs of the people around you. The people like Rukia who need you. The people like Rukia who almost died for you. You can't see that she does everything to impress you because you're too blinded by what you want. She says she doesn't care about you. She says she can handle things alone. But do you honestly believe that? Because if you do, you're not the person I thought you were." Sakura stood up and went outside.

Hatsumi bit her lower lip. Is she right...?

Hinata smiled. "I haven't tried it. That's just what I've heard. I guess you'll have to see for yourself."

 

Sasuke watched her leave silently with a dangerous look in his eye,when she was out the door he looked down to the ground and shut his eyes."...What do you think of me,Hatsumi?''he asked quietly.

Naruto turned her around and began puhing her out the door."Go,Go,Go!"

 

Hinata laughed. She took Naruto's hand and started running. "Don't fall behind!"

Hatsumi kicked her legs back and forth uncomfortably. "You're my daddy. You're the best."

 

"You sound unsure..is that what you really think?''Sasuke asked.

"When theres Ramen involved I'll never fall behind!"Naruto said,keeping up with her.

 

Hatsumi couldn't look at Sasuke. She nodded. "Yes."

Hinata came to a stop outside a shop about two streets away from Ichiraku.
