Bring Sasuke back!

"..Yeah..but we'd need a babysitter for the child we're taking care of..''Naruto mumbled
Gaara put his arm around Satoshi and began helping her to Suna.

 

Satoshi looked up at Gaara, smiling weakly. "... W- we did it.... Orochimaru... He's finally-"

"You idiot."

Satoshi swayed and nearly passed out.

"Sakura?" Rukia suggested.

 

Naruto nodded at the idea."But she's alone now..what if she needs help?''

Gaara held on tightly to Satoshi after seeing her sway uncontrollably,and what of Orochimaru?"Are you ok?..''he asked

 

"There's always Ino-chan or Kurenai-san." Rukia smiled. "See? It works out fine."

Satoshi nodded. "It's just my leg..."

 

"...."Naruto nodded silently,now walking through the gates."Back to the Uchiha estate then?''he asked

Gaara nodded silently as a medical team rushed over and took Satoshi from him."Take care of her..''he ordered,the medical team nodded and took Satoshi back inside the village,leaving Gaara to ponder what Satoshi was going to say about Orochimaru.

 

Rukia blushed. "Actually, I was gonna... You know..."

Satoshi shut her eyes. I'll just have to tell him later....

 

Naruto looked at her with a questioning look."..you were going to..what?''he asked,having no clue.

 

"I'll just... meet up with you later." Rukia said, smiling and changing corse to go to see Kiba and Akamaru.

 

Naruto nodded and began heading home to tell Hinata the good news.

 

Hatusmi was standing outside, despite Hinata's chiding. "When's he coming back?" She shouted inside to Hinata.

Hinata sighed and came outside to stand next to Hatsumi. "He'll be back."

"WHEN?" Hatsumi pressed.

"Soon hopefully." Hinata said quietly.

 

"Who are we waiting for?''Naruto asked,standing on the roof above the two girls with his arms folded and a wide grin on his face.He saw them looking outside waiting for him and wanted to make a cool entrance,he was still the old Naruto in a few ways.

 

Hatsumi spun around and looked up at Naruto. "You're back!"

Hinata smiled. Sooner than I expected.

Rukia crept up behind Kiba and Akamaru, hoping Akamaru wouldn't catch her scent.

 

Naruto jumped down from the roof and landed beside Hinata.Slowl,he got up and whispered in her ear with a serious tone."..We need to talk about something..''

 

Hinata turned to face Naruto and took his hands in her's. "Can't it wait?"

Hatsumi waited as patiently as she could.

Rukia jumped on Kiba's back. "Miss me?"

Akamaru barked. Kiba, startled by Rukia's surprise attack, put his arms around his lower back to support Rukia. "Yeah. I thought I smelled you coming."

"You thought right." Rukia smiled, leaning forward and kissing Kiba's cheek.

 

Naruto caressed Hinata's hands and thought about it,Orochimaru was dead,and there was no immediate threat to the village as of now.Smiling,he nodded to Hinata and gave her a long kiss on the lips,telling her without words: "It can wait"

 

Hinata broke away gently, blushing. "You're forgetting someone." She said quietly, making a small nod towards Hatsumi.

Satoshi sat up abruptly in the hospital bed. She put a hand on her leg. Was that a dream...? She realized she was shaking and tried to calm herself. If it was, then it was really realistic. If it wasn't... sh*t.

 

"Oh!"Naruto blushed and looked down at Hatsumi,who was staring at them curiously."Sorry..it can wait,what do you want to do today?''he asked both girls.

 

"Teach me to climb a tree!" Hatusmi smiled.

Hinata sighed, smiling apologetically. "It's all she's been talking about."

Satoshi tossed off the covers and swung her feet over the side of the bed. I guess I've got to talk to Gaara-sama about this now...

 

Just then Gaara entered Satoshi's room briskly and shut the door behind him silently.He walked over to Satoshi and sat down with her."..What were you going to say earlier?''he asked

"..Hatsumi..''Naruto kneeled down to look her in the eyes."..How old are you again?''

 

Hatusmi proudly held up six fingers.

Satoshi rubbed her eyes. "Not what I'm going to say now." She fidgeted with her hair. "I thought we'd done it.... But.... It's hard to explain..."
