Naruto watched Satoshi leave before continuing on to Konoha."...''Naruto nodded at Rukia because he didnt know what to say...Orochimaru was actually dead!

 

"...Are you... mad at me...?" Rukia asked.

Satoshi skidded to a stop. I should have made sure that Rukia-chan was okay... She thought about going back but decided that Rukia would be fine with Naruto and continued on her way to Suna.

 

"?..do I need to be?..''Naruto asked,feeling that he was missing something.

 

"I didn't tell anyone what I was doing.... I thought you'd be mad..." Rukia said.

 

"..I could care less about what you do,Rukia-chan..''Naruto said in a cheery tone,trying to lighten things up.

 

Rukia smiled weakly. "You're the greatest, Naruto-kun..."

 

Naruto looked at her in surprise."..How's that?''he asked,not knowing what he did to be called the greatest,he wasnt anything special.

 

Rukia just smiled again and shut her eyes. Naive too...

 

Soon Konoha was just ahead,and Naruto couldnt help but feel excited,they'd go home heroes!"..It was too easy though..''Naruto stated,realizing the truth soon after that.

 

Rukia gave a small nod. "You get it, don't you?"

 

Naruto nodded his head hesitantly."Yeah..what does it take to kill that guy!?''he asked himself angrily.His grip tightened on Rukia,but Naruto was too angry to notice.

 

Rukia winced slightly but didn't say anything. "We'll just have to find the real him." She paused. "I don't think Satoshi-chan got it..."

Satoshi stopped about half way to Suna. She knelt down, wincing, and looked at the wound on her leg. Her pants arond the wound were stained with burn marks and blood. Damn.... It's bleeding too much... Satoshi didn't feel any pain thanks to endorphins, but she knew it'd come eventually. SHe stood back up.Just a bit more. She told herself. Just a... bit more... Trying to focus on gettng back to Gaara and telling him the good news, Satoshi pushed herself into a steady run, ignoring the pain that was starting to come. That voice before.... She thought as she ran. Was that...? She shook her head, hair falling in her face. I can't think about that now. But, Naruto-kun.... The way he spoke to me.... It was like he knew exactly what happened.... Tears started to blur her vision; both from pain and confusion. Did he?

 

Gaara was atop the right edge of the canyon that was the entrance to Suna,he could see someone coming the the distance,and he hoped that it was Satoshi.

"Satoshi-chan can figure it out...and the real him?..it's impossible at this rate!"Naruto said,angry with himself for believing that their victory had come to easy..

BIC: Satoshi stopped again, getting angry at herself. She knelt on one knee, putting a hand on her leg. Come on! Move!

Rukia shook her head. "There's a way we can. Kabuto."

 

Gaara noticed that Satoshi had fallen and fell into the sand-made cliff,he began heading toward's Satoshi through the sand.

"!?''Naruto looked at Rukia in surprise."Theres no way,he'd die before he'd tell us anything!"he said.

 

Rukia smirked. "Oh really?"

Satoshi's tears made droplets in the sand. She pushed herself back up and forced back the tears, closing her eyes. I've got to focus on the positive things.

 

"well he's Orochimaru's right hand man,he wouldnt just tell us everything..would he?''Naruto asked

Gaara's sand came up from below her and Gaara's arm appeared,he slowly pushed her up to keep her on her feet,even if she didnt need the support.

 

Rukia grinned. "I've got some ideas."

Satoshi was glad for the support. She shut her eyes for a moment to stop her tears.

 

Gaara's body fully grew and formed infront of Satoshi.he put a hand on her shoulder and nodded his head toward's Suna."Time go go home..we can talk there..''
"How many people will it take?..if we can,let's bring Hina--''Naruto's voice died down,he wanted to see Hinata in action since he's been gone,but her life was at stake if Orochimaru was still alive.

 

"You're right. Hinata-chan would be a great asset." Rukia smiled.

Satoshi nodded. "Okay..." She wanted to tell Gaara the news, but she was drained from pushing herself.
