In this particular thread, I've added excerpts from the samples for Best Role Play Concept / Story.

Also, for clarification, this is different from the Best Role Play poll. This is specifically geared towards how creative / engaging / innovative / interesting / etc the story of the RP is. Not the actual role play in it's entirety.

Sometimes you pick flowers, other times you search for berries and herbs to waste the day away. This time, however, curiosity gets the better of you. You have been told never to wander too far into the darkness because you could get lost, but today your parents have just gone too far. Having been pushed into the realm of deliberate disobedience, you venture farther into the forest than you have ever gone before.

The forest doesn't frighten you...Well, not until the sun begins to set and pitch darkness surrounds you. You try to get home but instead of arriving back to where you started, you end up in front of the lovliest home you have ever seen. A gorgeous mansion stands before you. No, a castle! It's flooded with light and looks incredibly warm. You can ever smell the delicious scent of freshly prepared food. Perhaps they will help you?

The thought comforts you slightly as you begin to calm down. With a steady eye, you watch your district's Capitol escort make their way over to the reaping bowls â€“ very large glass balls filled with the thousands of names of the boys and girls in your district. Your names is on one of them. What's one in thousands?

As your escort draws the name from the ball, there's a collective breath taken and it becomes silent enough to be able to hear a pin drop. You're feeling nauseous now, becoming nervous. You don't breath. The only thing you can do is think â€“ Please don't let it be me, please, don't let it be me.

✿ Inheritance

Eventually, they did succeed in defeating Galbatorix. Though it had been thought that Galbatorix had slain nearly every dragon there was indeed a way to save the species and bring back the Dragon Riders. So Eragon left with a small group to a far away land where he could train new Dragon Riders and once again allow dragons to roam the lands as they once did.

✿ Garden of Eve: The 9th Rose

The female waves and smiles after being addressed. She looks young. The male however, just stares blankly. Upon meeting eye contact, he seems to glare at you. The greeter notices.

"Ehem, don't mind Krowley, he's just a bit...grumpy. Please do not be afraid to ask for help. There are many levels of the gallery, and we wouldn't want anyone to get lost, would we?"

He chuckles nervously. You begin to wonder how many visitors this gallery actually gets. You peek past the short man before you as he continues to ramble on about the artwork and how wonderful everything is. There are actually quite a bit of people here, including the group you're in now. You've never been to this gallery before, but the staff seem friendly enough (excluding Krowley). Maybe you'll find something interesting?

"Now, without further ado, please enjoy your stay. Feel free to wander about the gallery. Good luck!"

✿ Crossover Cove

"Pardon, but you seem to be troubled.", the figure made it's presence known to Scar who immediately growled at the intruder. "Who...who are you? Have you come to challenge me?...You're..-" Scar was stopped by the being, "One hell of a butler."

No matter how much bloodshed the Earth had faced, the humans always seemed to be in the favor of their Creator regardless if they worshiped Him or not.

As time passed on several of the Watchers grew curious as to why the humans were treated so kindly despite their countless mistakes. While many did not believe the humans were not worthy of such love that was bestowed upon them, the Angels still had their affection for them. Some believed that they were better suited at guiding humanity to a new future. This was what lead to their fall.

Question: Does the pin for this go to the one who started the thred, had the idea, or all those who contributed to it? I ask because the Hunger Games was my idea, but Sax did a ton of stuff for it. AndrewTemari and Hyuge also helped a lot. It was a team effort.
