And 13 isn't much different from 14, nor 13 from 12 or 12 from 11. One could also say that there is little difference between the age of fifteen and the age of sixteen. And is one year really a big difference between 10 and 11? Ergo, we might as well have 10-year-olds running around having legal sex.
In my country it's legal tho :) No but seriously though, I meant that some ages matter, like when you're 16 in the US you can drive a car, and in my country it's legal to drink. When 18, one can drive a car in my country etc. But from 14 to 15 doesn't add much new things.
