IF QUADS: Outfit Iscariot soldiers with top-of-the-line weaponry to increase their combat strength (weapons research: attack); begin expansion on the 9th Aerial Division of Crusaders (military advancement: air force); and will edit the trips action after an answer.

Also I don't even know how you count posts on this forum. They're not individual for each section; they can't be, because I just checked the two most recent posts and one ends in 443 while the next is 448. So we're pretty much shooting in the dark here. Or perhaps the quite-dimly-lit.
