Fixed Banner only links to home page, not forum

    I'm sure this is as designed, but if not, I would love to go back to the old way.
    Before, if one was on the home page and clicked on the banner, it would open the forum index.
    If you were on the forum and clicked it, it would open the home page.

    Now it only goes to the home page.
    If it isn't as designed and at all possible, I would love if it could be changed back. It was really convenient being able to click the banner at the top (especially on mobile) to go to the forum.

    I can't reproduce this. It's working the same way it was on 8.0.

    @libregkd may be able to help, though.
