Yes you can actually, it's just that it will send you to the Banned screen thingy. This will reset the cookies on the site so you can view threads again without having to sign up. So it's probably a sign that he still lurks here. c:

It's quite lovely if you ask me, there's nothing like seeing that "Ban will expire: [insert date]/Never", fills you to the brim with happyness and chocolate.
