Axel & Roxas, are.....Straight!

Logically thinking, none of them are gay, it's a frickin' Disney-Square-Enix game! Throwing logic to the gutter... There are some major hintings of some of them being gay, but I still doubt it. But some of the pairings are just so hilarious, and cute that they are just fun to watch! (Zemyx makes me go "Squeeeeeeeeeel!!!")

 

It was never really announced that they were gay OR straight.

Let the yaoi fangirls have their fun.

Personally, I see nothing wrong with this image. It's not official as to their sexual orientation because it is a Disney game. The people who do these pairings and/or drool over these images want it. It's their imaginations, you can't really control it.

 

SE nor Nomura would never put any kind of ideas leading into some fantasies characters are gay!
If they are, what happens next? Why do people wanna know that?

Those pictures are the reason I despise Yaoi. Most of the time, they get...to out of hand... Thats why I don't support it, and to tell you the truth its annoying, I go on photobucket to look up Roy Mustang avatars and theres a bunch of Yaoi. I just find it annoying.​

Yeah, I hate yaoi pictures too, I mean, videos on Youtube are fine since they can't really go too far... My stomach literally lurches when I see some of the pictures... Like that one *hides head in bucket*

 

I will agree I 'think' that Axel and Roxas are straight or at least not into getting with one another sexually. Their relationship to me didn't seem anything but platonic and too often if men get along with each other and have a good male friend there are people that automatically assume they are gay. I can say the same thing probably happens to two good female friends that have known each other for some time.

However, Nomura likes to leave all pairings often as 'non-canon' implying that people can do what they want with their imaginations and say whether two people like Roxas and Axel are straight, bi, homosexual or whatever. He doesn't really care where people go with their imaginations in pairings and I'm pretty sure he leaves pairings often open for debate until he wants to declare something for sure so that it does let people have the joy or torment of deciding. In the end though we can decide whatever and though I feel they were more inclined to have a platonic relationship with one another, I'm not going to say that someone who is fanatical about them being gay for one another is absolutely wrong too. There's no real way to know for certain with how it is left up into the air.

I've never thought of them as gay, and I'm all for the idea that two guys can have a close relationship that doesn't include romance or sex. It's not just guys, though--I think boys and girls should be able to have close friendships together without people assuming they're going out, and same for girls. I have friends that I'm very close with and have absolutely no romantic interest in. However....

I'm a huge Axel fan as well, but I don't see anything wrong with him being gay. The only reason I say he isn't is because he doesn't come across as gay to me, and it doesn't seem like his feelings for Roxas are sexual. You think assuming a person is gay is an insult or diss? I disagree with that, but as for the rest of your points I'm of the same opinion.

 

I can't imagine a gay character being voiced by a straight person...just...asdfwerasfsdf 0.o
