did you notice that when axel dies.... he says roxas made him feel like he has a heart.


i thought nobodies couldnt feel?

 

I see what you mean but nobodies have no emotions they can feel, like they can feel like a cheese sandwich. lol

 

People talk about this ALL the time! First off, he ALSO said "You make me feel........the same..........(sentence cut-off) <<In case you didn't know, he was talking about Sora! You may ask "Well how come SORA makes him feel the same way?" <<THAT'S simple, it's because Roxas is half of Sora (and vice-versa), so whatever Axel felt in Roxas he ALSO felt in Sora, got it memorized?

 

Yeah that was pretty obvious ^^ but I don't think that was what SVA was asking about =P


SVA in all honesty there are lots of small things like that with the nobodies, like Saix desire for his heart, why does it bother them so much? If they cannot feel then surely they wouldn't feel that need?

With Axel I just put it down to the fact that the bond with Roxas was that strong it overcame the barrier of being a nobody :) ​

Well....no, Axel doesn't literally have a heart. It was said that the Nobodies remember the feeling of having emotions and hence, know how to mimick them. But for the case of Axel...I guess this was just a sign of showing to what point their friendship was deep. Like CTR said,

Well, Xemnas wanted a heart for more rage, hence more power I think. Not sure about the others. Maybe they just wantedd to be whole again. :/

 

Whatever they said, whenever Axel was near Roxas and Sora it made him feel all soft inside, like he really did have a heart, it was his friendship for Roxas and being near him and it happened with Sora aswell since Roxas is his Nobody.

 

Axel remembers what it feels to have a heart so he acted out the feeling Roxas was giving him.

 

I think that has to be one of the best explaintions i've heard about this topic ever, along with CtR's.

 

lke yen sud sys ant the start of the game "nobodies dont have feelings but can decieve you by mimicing them" or something like that. its like if someone punched u in the face but u didnt feel it u would make it look like u dod by MIMICING it.....same with Nbodies

So although nobodies do not have hearts, they can remember when they did have hearts. And with thoses memories, combined with their present knowladge, they can remember their feeling and put them into place with their present memories.

Wow, this thread's title is horribly misleading.

It's what friendship does, tricks your mind and/or soul into thinking it has feelings. Feels good, doesn't it? However, if you're completely human, you genuinely get that feeling in a cleaner, more crisp quality. That is a feeling we should cherish, because once you become senile, it's hard to come by.

I think Roxas has a heart (duh, look at my user-name) and there's more evidence to support the fact that he does over the other Organization XIII members.

Not to sure if Axel does, I hope so, but if not what he lacks in heart he makes up for in body ^^

Aw, I love Roxas and Axel (not as a pairing just as friends) out of all the organization they seemed like the only ones with (genuiene) feelings. I miss 'em :crybaby: sooo much!!!

I hope Nomura decided to resurrect them or something...

I thought the fact that Axel says Roxas made him feel like he had a heart like... TWICE, would tip off everyone that Axel may be starting to regain his heart, y'know? I thought it was ridiculously obvious that Axel was getting his heart back, somewhat like Roxas did at the beginning of the game. That and he actually decides to help Sora get to Kairi JUST TO SEE ROXAS AGAIN.

It's funny how Axel was really cruel in the CoM but towards the end and in KH2 he was a really nice guy. I'm sure Nomura will bring some part of Axel back. The boy's got such a big fanbase that he'd probably be mobbed or something if he didn't. I think maybe Axel's Heartless will come back:

I know I am. If you do't skip the video at the end of the Sora/Axel partner battle, he personally tells Sora when he begins to fade away that he wanted to see Roxas again. Because Roxas made him feel like he had a heart(See title)
