That was a pretty good sum up to be quite honest.

 

You know, I would have to disagree. I thought all of it was really good. Of course, everyone has their own opinions. It just takes a higher level of thinking than just "stop hurtin' trees" and as movies recently have gone, this is one of the much better stories. Because, come on, movies have digressed so much.

 

I saw both. While I agree Sherlock Holmes was better, Avatar was still amazing and the story was pretty disney-like so I didnt mind too much.

 

Because I get fed the theme in the movie every day and don't want to see it in a movie that's supposed to be entertaining?

If you're telling me that the movie was NOT trying to portray the message that human's live on a polluted and dieing world and that we need to change our ways then your looking at things a bit one dimensionally.

 

I'm pretty she was talking about how people overreact to a simple movie, not what the movie was about.

 

As if no one has ever reacted somewhat extremely to a movie.
Even one you like a lot can be considered "overreacting".
