Oh yeah, about half of me also wants to say: Happy 4th of July! 8D​

 

He was parodying the statement made by President Ronald Reagan (in office from 1980-1989) who had uttered a statement towards Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev to "tear down this wall". Essentially, the wall he was referring to was the Berlin Wall and he was implying the reuniting of Europe, not simply the western democracies and the Eastern Bloc.

 

They're working like voodoo... I hope no one who's destined to have a son who's a political ****** uses that term superfluously.

 

Oh, let's hope not.
