The whole sibling thing becomes slightly more acceptable if it's the loli chasing the brother. Also, if it isn't by blood, that makes it borderline ok.

If the manga's even halfway normal, that's how it will go. The interesting stuff is how Mikan reacts to rejection. Will she try and force herself on him? Will she kill herself? Will she move on?
