I guess it kinda depends on how depressed you are, and how you generally lift your spirirts. Do you like to laugh yor face off, or would you like to have hope restored? Laughter heals everything in my book, but I guess its different for everyone. I'm almost afraid to suggest something, especially since I have a crude/cruel/maybe even morbid sense of humpur sometimes. =/

For some reason, when I'm sad or depressed, I listen to sad music. And somehow I feel better after a while.
