I guess it kinda depends on how depressed you are, and how you generally lift your spirirts. Do you like to laugh yor face off, or would you like to have hope restored? Laughter heals everything in my book, but I guess its different for everyone. I'm almost afraid to suggest something, especially since I have a crude/cruel/maybe even morbid sense of humpur sometimes. =/

Lol, what a useless post. Hope u feel better soon. Depression sucks, I know.

For some reason, when I'm sad or depressed, I listen to sad music. And somehow I feel better after a while.

Hun, if you are feeling down then the best kind of music is the loud kind that builds you back up whilst making your blood move :glomp:

but I am more concerned as to why my eldest daughter is down?

Ironically, the Evanescence songs Haunted, Tourniquet, My Last Breath and Whisper make me feel better, for knowing that my life isn't going that bad. Yet.
