Anyone else out there that think My Little Pony Friendship is Magic isn't so bad?

I'm a proud brony, saddened that such high quality shows didn't exist when I was young. First thing that was really "good" in the same sense (as in, a show for kids that doesn't treat them like absolute idiots) was Dexter's Lab... which was also a Lauren Faust project.

 

Yeah, Adventure Time, Regular show and all those new ones are basically for idiots. I saw them and they weren't so bad, but now they seem like they are for idiots

 

This guy is now a good friend of mine.

Actually, go for it. It would be amusing to see her kill you painfully in a painful way that results in much pain as it will be painful.

 

I am ok with people liking it because it legitimately awakens their inner child and takes them back to a time when everything was about love and caring and magick and friendship (and I guess ponies)

I am not ok with people who like it because it's ironic to do so

I mean seriously

Some people would smear shit in their face if they could pass it off as ironic

As for the show? Eh, never watched it, don't really plan to, but I don't hate on it.

I haven't watched much Adventure Time either but that shit's the boss ok

Actually, part of the reason I like MLP is because it uses big words without trying to explain them through song. It doesn't treat kids like they don't know anything.

HOWEVER. I've never seen the Regular Show, but Adventure Time makes me so happy. ;__; I'd like to -not- think of myself as an idiot for enjoying blissful stupidity from time to time to escape the seriousness of reality and adulthood. But on a different scale, the reason I didn't watch Adventure Time at first was because it looked absolutely stupid. With time, it's still stupid, but it's pleasant, for me. ​

I see nothing about Adventure Time on this page.

 

I don't mind Bronies for the most part, except the part the fact that they watch a bad show.
I like Adventure Time because it has a unique and likeable cast of characters. I ****ing love Ice King and every episode that he's in and of course last weeks episode's lesbian overtones were faptastic.

Regular Show is god tier though, not liking that show proves you have **** taste.

 

Before I die, I said it LOOKS Like is for idiots.
And so, call me an Idiot, because I do like adventure time.
And Regular show.
But they aren't as good as the other shows of the past.

Why do we keep saying shows are for idiots?
What exactly about Adventure Time and Regular Show makes it for idiots?

 

AT and RS are pretty decent if you ask me. At least it isn't the amazing world of Gumball. But RS is the weirdest thing to me ever since I saw the episode in which one of them saw Pops naked. and yeah. it was full of innuendo. I was shocked.

 

Why are people bashing shows here? LOVE AND TOLERATE.

But seriously. You can hate a show all you want, but stating how much you hate it publicly is annoying and ruins the mood for people who enjoy it. Which brings me back to my earlier statement; love and tolerate.​
