Funfact: Michelle Pfeiffer had to be sewn into her Catwoman costume.

And she is my favorite. Halle's shows too much skin to be taken seriously.

 

Does anybody remember when the reactions of the first picture of the Joker came out for the Dark Knight? I do, and there kind of like some reactions I see here. I'm looking at you, Ferocious.

Wait, people took the Halle Berry Catwoman movie seriously?

 

Wait, people saw a Halley Berry movie with leather for another reason besides HALLE BERRY IN LEATHER?

 

I didn't even see the Halle Berry movie in it's entirety. It was too painful even for me and I'm convinced it's used for torture in less civilized countries.

 

I saw the Berry movie when it came out. I regret it. I actually was more entertained watching the people who fell asleep in the cinema.

Anywho, I hope that's not her costume, or at least it's just a "starter" costume for the early part of the movie or something. It just looks like Princess Diaries on motorcycles.

 

Why can't she be Batwoman/Batgirl (whatever)?

My friend showed me Halley Berry movie a while ago and i couldn't understand why he liked it. It was a genuine waste of time.

What Movie Going Was Like Back In 2004!​

Mike: Arthur and Ted went to see I, Robot, but not you Steve.

Steve: No, I was dragged along by Bruce to see Catwoman when it came out at Midnight.

Bob: A blight on movie history...

Mike: Why so? Obviously you all know something. What happened in that movie?

Steve: Catwoman wasn't that good. Bruce and many others went into a complete nerd rage. Including myself.

Bruce: Catwoman was terrible movie. Halle Berry was a terrible actress, the story suck, it completely ignored any form of continuity from the comics like no tomarrow, and was just down right terrible in every regard. I want to thank Warner Brothers. Thank them for putting me through that piece of ****, God-awful movie...

Steve: Catwoman was huge mistake. I will not speak of it again.

 

Because Batwoman and Batgirl are two separate characters. Batwoman is pretty much a stand alone hero (as in not a sidekick) inspired by Batman and, in her own words, is a goddamn soldier. She's also lesbian with Renee Montoya<3 but got dumped because she wouldn't come out of the closet kitchen.
Batgirl was Barbara Gordon and came after the first Robin who won't be used in the movie (but the Flying Graysons will either be mentioned or seen). While she was in college and stopped being Batgirl, Joker shot her and paralyzed her. She later became Oracle, connecting heroes though a network where she accessed most networks and computers.
Then Cassandra Cain became Batgirl (after Huntress wore the costume for a bit). She was raised to be an assassin and is badass like a mother****er >> But after Bruce 'died,' she took off the costume and Stephanie Brown (Spoiler and Tim Drake/Third Robin/Red Robin's girlfriend) became the current Batgirl. After DC reboots their universe in August/September, Barbara Gordon will be Batgirl (In the DCnU, she would have still been shot, but would have healed instead of being paralyzed for life) while I haven't read anything about Stephanie or Cassandra (who is currently Blackbat).

tl;dr: Batwoman is not a sidekick while Batgirl is. Nolan's Batman movies are about Batman's beginnings so they're not including any sidekicks like Robin and Batgirl and I assume it's too early in his career for him to inspire anyone. Batwoman is not a central character to Batman (as far I see it), but Catwoman on the other hand is a big part of Batman. She's the gray in his black and white view of the world.

Evolution of Batgirl:
Bette Kane was introduced as Batgirl with Batwoman way long ago (like before superheroines were sexy) so people would stop thinking Batman and Robin were gay. This was erased from continuity and Bette Kane was changed to Flamebird.

So I just saw The Incredible Hulk for the first time. This one was alot better than that other movie. Holy shiet I cannot wait for Avenger movie. Like for real I am so pumped right now omg.

And it still doesn't make sense that this movie was erased from Marvel's movie continuum. I really like this film, must be the best super hero film no kidding.

 

The Incredible Hulk? It's still in the Marvel Cinematic Universe last I checked.
