Also if you're not using Brotag, Yosuke, Yukiko and Kanji for the entire game then you're doing it wrong.

MC, Chie, Yukiko, Teddie all the way dude. I couldn't have gotten the true ending without Power Charge+Matarukaja+God's Hand. Also, I will say this too:

God's Hand is better in boss fights and is more accurate.

 

God Hand has a higher miss rate then Primal Force
Even with the 2.5x damage bonus from Power Charge, God's Hand is not quite as powerful as Primal Force. The base attack power of God's Hand is 1600, which after Power Charge makes it into a massive 4000 once every two turns. However, Primal Force's attack power is 2200, which means that in two turns Kanji will effectively be dealing 4400 attack power's worth of damage. This doesn't even take into account that Kanji will have a Strength advantage of roughly 10-15 points over Chie by the end of the game. On top of that, Primal Force's crit rate is 10% higher, and using it twice as often means twice as many opportunities for criticals as well.
And all dat HP.

Also Chie has no mid level skills. Only low level and high level, she's way behind every other party member by Void Quest.

Also the sheer fact that you don't Brosuke in your party is absurd.
Not only is he the most Bro character in the game next to Brotag.

I have never once missed with God's Hand, and I use Kanji little enough that he's only useful for Cruel Attack on the Void Quest boss every few turns. Besides, Chie's my girl. Don't think you can just insult my girl without feeling the full power of Mystery Food X.

Yosuke is comic relief. He will ALWAYS be comic relief. Don't make comic relief not comic relief. And besides, Naobro is totally the bro-est character, even though she is female. NAOBRO!

 

The fact you have never missed means you have astronomical amounts of luck as God Hand has the lowest hit rate of all the single hit physical skills in the game

His idea to go into the TV world
His idea to start investigating murders
Him and Naoto are the only ones who ever do any actual investigation or deduction

When getting the true end you were convincing YOSUKE not to throw Namatame in the TV.

Face it, Yosuke was the most bro character in the game, gameplay and story wise. To not have Yosuke on your team means you've been playing the game all wrong.

Also Naoto is my waifu. But I would never even THINK of using her in anything but a boss for obvious reasons.

Catherine is so far the only Atlus game that has dissapointed me.

Digital Devil Saga
SMT Strange Journey
Demon Souls
Any Devil Summoner games

Got groin kicked by Chie
STOLE YUKIKO'S FRIED TOFU
Signed up the girls for a beauty pageant, which prompted them to sign him up for a crossdressing pageant.
Got them to also sign ME up for it, even I DID NOTHING WRONG!
Failed horribly in the crossdressing pageant.
Got slapped by a bikini clad Yukiko, then pushed into a river where a hung over King Moron was puking shortly upstream.
Somehow got me pushed into that same river even though I STILL DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!
He thought that a golf club would be an effective weapon in a world inside a TV.

Face it, as bro as he is, Yosuke is comic relief all the way. And back to Chie:
Counter+High Counter+Counterstrike=Godly

 

I'm not a huge fan of JRPGs period, but I'm a huge fan of RPGs in general, so I usually give 'em a spin anyways. Also, I totally forgot that Atlus was behind Demon's Souls. I guess I can't say I didn't like every game they've made.

Well in that case

Chie is comic relief because of all the characters she's the only one who talks about steak on a daily basis and kung fu, both which have nothing to do with the actual plot. She's also comic relief for kicking Yosuke in the nuts and for being ridiculous with Yosuke during the stakeout on Kanji. Also for willingly admitting that she says the first dumbest **** to come to mind. Also she does nothing relevant after her shadow

Yukiko is comic relief because all she does after her shadow is laugh like a horse. She does nothing relevant after her shadow

Kanji is comic relief because he's the only gay guy, and homosexuality is funny. He's also insecure about it, which is also funny. Does nothing relevant after his shadow

Rise is comic relief because she's the ****, and ****s are funny. Also king's game. Also general ****tyness. Somewhat relevant after shadow

Teddie is comic relief because he's a ****ING TEDDIE BEAR TRYING TO SCORE! Is relevant after his shadow

Naoto is not comic relief.

Now Yosuke Hanamura, unlike every other character who fades into obscurity after you complete their Social Links, Yosuke mans the **** up and starts investigating and ****.

Look at that, THREE essential plot points all discovered and elaborated on by Yosuke. Next to Naoto, Yosuke is THEE most intelligent member on the Investigation squad. Who was it that was deducing who the REAL killer was outside of Aiya? Oh yeah

See that's what I thought. I remembered that they were the devs behind it, but I thought I was always wrong a second ago. Kinda seemed strange for Atlus to make a game like Demon's Souls.

This reminds me of when Rockstar bumrushed Team Bondi and took all the credit for L.A. Noire, when Team Bondi was behind almost all of it. There wouldn't have been an L.A. Noire without Team Bondi. Any ther publisher could have picked the title up, but Rockstar felt the need to make it "their" game :/
