I do not say that just to staff members, if I am addressing a Premium member I will put Premium Member: [Insert name here], if I am addressing a member, I will say Member: [Insert name here].

And what he means is, for normal members its 3 strikes your out. For members like roxas its more like 5374824739284732 strikes your out.

 

Roxas is a well respected member here in on the site & contributes a lot. He still gets warnings, but warnings expire after a while if i'm not mistaken. He doesn't intensionally cause trouble, but sometimes makes silly choices. That's how i see it.

When i say trouble i mean intensionally tries to screw the site & cause havoc.

Because those other members constantly try and destroy our forum with spam, non-sense, and flamming. They never stop. There's a difference between Roxas, who contributes a lot, and a member who doesn't contribute period, and causes trouble all the time. Also, Roxas has many warnings because his older ones expire. If you have 2 warnings, and one expires, that means you only have 1 left and you won't be banned on the next one.

it really depends on the member--if they are a pleasure to have or if we'd rather be much better without. And yes, a pleasurable (contributive) member can get banned.

Because they expire. lol

That's a nice way to describe it, as well.
