What do you do to exercise? How do you prevent yourself from becoming even more American then you possibly already are? Me? SQUATS AND OATS MOTHER****ERS! It's all you need Spoiler I also run around the track nearby for at least 30 minutes
I run at top speed to the bus stop every morning, rest for an hour, then run at top speed to class, rest for 50 minutes, then run at top speed to my NEXT class and rest for an hour and a half (except on Tuesdays and Thursdays), then run at top speed to the bus stop, rest an hour, then walk home. I also speed clean my room when I get home, forget to eat breakfast on the weekend, and cut the grass on either Friday or Saturday.
I have the metabolism of a small rodent(forget to eat occasionally as well), I fidget allot, and I seem to run around all the time. Sometimes I actually try to work out, but I have no schedule. I do swim a bunch in the summer. Skinny white kid, yuh.
I carry and set-up a lot of chairs and tables for my church. I walk anywhere that's within a mile away from my house, so a round-trip means walking from 1 to 1.6 miles. My primary beverage is iced tea, and I refrain from eating too many sugary foods. Also, my backpack weighs a ton (not literally). I dropped it in my friend's car and the damn car bounced.
... I pace. Also, my campus is huge and parking is ridiculously hard to find, so I end up walking about a mile every day. But yeah, my figure/being underweight is mainly because of extremely high metabolism.
Much of my exercise comes from the long walk from my computer & television to the refrigerator /badumtisssssh Really though I've lost weight since getting my job, it involves a lot of running around, going up & down a large flight of stairs, and sweeping (which you would not believe but is actually really tiring). I also have to lift heavy boxes and, on some occasions, climb shelves to reach large salt reservations. Otherwise, I don't go out much. :v
I have a job that entails a lot of heavy lifting and lots of moving about. My job also gives me a lot of stress which oftentimes makes me forget to eat. I work Monday through Friday. I've cut out soda, unless for special occasions and then it's caffeine free. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. I drink about 2-3 glasses of milk a day(tall glasses *****es). I've switched to whole grain. I do about 100-150 crunches every afternoon. And during the summer I do either Tai Chi or Wushu. There's a reason I have a playlist entitled 'Workout Music'.
Oh! I just remembered. I work at a food pantry that gives me free food in exchange for a bunch of heavy lifting once a week. This has buffed up my arms quite a bit since I've started. Considering that my free food ranges everywhere from cookies to cookie dough to Entenmann's baked goods, I'm not sure if it's been good for the rest of me.
At the moment I'm doing circuit training, mostly stamina stuff, but with the odd muscle building intended routines in aswell.
