I guess my love for the original COM will go un-voted for now.

 

As much as I love Days' story, the rest of the game was kinda sh*t so KH1 wins for me.

And then I picked Coded to piss you off.

CoM is my favorite KH game and no one ever agrees with me. THE CARD COMBAT IS FUN, DAMN IT.

Oh well, I enjoyed the crazy freedom of movement and Dream Eaters over the shitty worlds in RE:COM, even if RE:COM had the much better focused plot.

Can we form the COM is the best KH game club?

 

While I actually enjoyed the combat system of Re:Chain of Memories, and found the plot and cast to be quite good (Axel and Namine and Repliku FTW,) the levels were just so...bland. Also, the door unlocking system was bullshit.

 

COM>Re:COM. Door system was a pain expecialy in Twilight Town as Riku. Finding a 2 Blue card always seemed impossible. In fact all exact card numb doors were the most annoying way of padding those games.

Ah, ok, I can see how people could prefer the original to the remake.

 

While I do prefer RE:CoM (voice acting, nicer scenes, better music, combat that doesn't trap you in a corner), it also has a lot more... problems than the original. RE:CoM was, kinda obviously, a bit of a rush job, especially with the localization, despite there being a nice two year gap between the Japanese and US releases.

 

And yet RE:CoM is winning
