Akatsuki Wars

"Kinen..where are you going? I'd rather you not leave..." Takashi still looked in the other direction, but knew she was prepared to leave.

 

Kinen flinched. "Well, you see..... *sigh* to ask around and see if anyone's seen Tenshi. If they have, I'm screwed. If the haven't, then I might have some peace for a little bit longer..." Kinen sighed inwardly, and scratched the back of her head.

 

"..Who is this Tenshi?" Takashi questioned, looking at her now and getting up from his seat.

 

"Tenshi? Oh! His names Kurayami Ren Tenshi, he seems to be after me.... but I'm not intrested in him at all.... he just wants me as a part of his collection.. damned brat that he is...... My parents suck! *sulks* " Kinen sat back down, face looking sullen.

 

"..Arranged marriage?" Takashi moved toward her and placed his hands on her shoulders in a small attempt to comfort her.He didn't like the idea either."My family wills that I have one unless I find a girl on my own to bear my children.." he explained.

 

"My parents are just in it for the money... *sob* and at least you weren't put on a bounty as wanted alive because of your damned "betrothed" I hate that incompatent little snot... *grumbles*" Kinen sighed. She really hoped Tenshi didn't have eyes and ears in Konoha, as well.

 

"..For the money?Disgraceful." Takashi let go of her shoulders and bent down until he was eye to eye with her."Where is he now..?..I'll have a man to man talk with him." he laughed under his breath.

 

"Probably looking for me..... he was probably already notified by some spies that I'm in Konoha... *sigh* I doubt he'd actually shoe if you challenged him. He's such a coward..."

 

"I'm used to the rich kind..if he finds you, come to me." Takashi rubbed her back gently and stood up normally.

 

Kinen blushed lightly, but shrugged it off.
"Will do." Kinen got up, and looked at Takashi. "So....what we gonna do now?"

 

"..I'm not sure..I'd really like to meet the guy who has your hand.Your beautiful..but tell me, are you strong as well?" Takashi questioned.

 

"Well, I don't think so, but appearently most people do, so yeah, I guess. I feel sorry for the poor sucker that ends up marrying me.. *chuckle* " Kinen put her hair out of the ponytail it was in.

 

"...I need a bride soon, one that can bear many children for me..so tell me, how do you think that makes me feel?" Takashi questioned, a small smirk on his face as he took her hand and raised it to chest level."Have some confidence..that's an attractive quality." he told her.

 

Eva crept to the edge of town, finding the river. She undressed and yelped happily as she immersed herself in the water. It was cold, but it was home.

 

Kinen couldn't help the blush that rose to her cheeks. "Little kids are cute, I can see why you want them so bad. I just want to settle down with someone who wasn't payed to stand me..." Kinen scoffed lightly.

 

"..Have you ever thought of giving anyone a chance in particular?" Takashi asked as he stroked her hand softly with his thumb.

 

Kinen looked down at their hands. "Really? Like who...?" Kinen blushed lightly, for the third time today..

 

"..I'm not the best at showing affection, but I can assure you I don't wed for money..Kinen.." Takashi raised her hand to his lips and kissed it."Would you..care to give this man a try?" he questioned, taking notice that Eva was no longer there anymore.

 

Eva disappeared under the water, quickly grabbing her clothes and letting the swift current carry her downstream. She set her now dripping wet clothes on the shore and swam into the middle, grabbing hold of a root to keep from floating away.

 

Kinen blushed furiously, and suddenly found her feet fairly interesting. "I-i'll consider it.... " Kinen looked back up at him.
