    So his name was mentioned in an earlier post but Lance Hunter will be a new addition to Coulson's team and is played by Nick Blood, and there's also this interview thingy with him also that's kind of interesting if anyone wants to check it out or not.

    Additionally, this incarnation of Bobbi Morse starts off as a Hydra security officer, interestingly enough~

    She'll make her first appearance on the show in the fourth episode.

    And I am immensely relieved that Simmons isn't Hydra from what the previews last week hinted at.

    Last week's episode had one of the best fight scenes, in my opinion. I must have watched May slam FakeMay's head into that table 6 times. I'm actually really glad Talbot wasn't Hydra after all (as of now), but it would have made sense. Why would Hydra only be in SHIELD? They should have found some way to infiltrate non-SHIELD government agencies.

    Really excited to see Mockingbird tonight~

    Last episode felt like it had Civil War-ish vibes--who reports/is responsible to whom?--and if this week wasn't pointing to Inhumans I will eat a sock. EDIT: Apparently at the big Phase 3 event, Feige teased that there would be Inhumans Easter eggs sooner than we might think. INHUMANS IN AOS CONFIRMED OR CONFIRMED?

    Yeah, I really think the episode had a lot of hinting towards Phase 3. Now I'm even more curious about the Inhumans. Also, glad to know what those carvings meant... now to theorize about the city it represented.

    Three weeks until we're off hiatus! In the meantime, Marvel's given us something nice to expect: Lady Sif is coming back on March 10, the second episode back! There's one problem, though...she's lost her memory.

    You have no idea how hyped I am for this. Lady Sif is a personal favorite of mine, and I'm so happy to see her come back to the show for a second time. The memory loss thing is definitely strange, but I am interested to see how it's played out.

    Drea de Matteo (The Sopranos; Sons of Anarchy) has been cast as Karla Faye Gideon in an upcoming episode. Gideon, a supporting character in the Daredevil comics (!!), appears here as a Gifted with a grudge against S.H.I.E.L.D. who joins forces with Cal, Skye's father, to menace the team.

    I wonder if her appearance will lead to a Daredevil crossover at some point. Maybe not in Season 2... but hopefully for Season 3.
