Implemented Add a Back to Bottom Button

One of my other forums that I visit daily--The Admin Zone--has this, and I personally find it very handy for the same reasons as having the back to top bottom. For example, say you go to a thread that already has two pages. You only want to reply, but not have to read any of the 20 posts on the first page.

The Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down keys could be used, but having back to top, which we already have, and bottom buttons is just more convenient.

 

This can be marked as implemented, it looks like.

@libregkd, I think I found a bug. In threads, it won't scroll all the way to the bottom.

As an example using this thread, this is where it scrolled to:

 

For threads, this is intentional as it is more useful for the button to go down to the last post made on the page than scrolling all the way down to the footer of the page.

 

@libregkd, since the above is intentional, it doesn't seem to be working properly in articles.
