Speaking of accents, I just recently taught myself how to do a stereotypical Hindu accent. It's actually kinda cool, but not at the same time, and it sounds a little goofy, but I like it. Lately, I've been trying to perfect my Russian accent, but it doesn't seem to be working out very well. •n•

Accents. Oh how I love accents.
I hope this doesn't sound harsh, but I don't really like southern American accents.
I love Aussie accents, British, German, Swedish, I could go on and on.
But those southern accents..I don't hate them, but they are my least favorite.

I don't really like any particular accents, but I really enjoy noticing American accents in light of how much British media I watch. It's unusual to notice an accent that I'm speaking in as well.
Which British accent? Scottish, English, or Welsh?

. . . Northern Ireland is also a part of the British Isles.

I wrote that post over a year ago, so when I wrote it, I was only thinking of the English-British accent, thanks. Now, I love all of the British accents. Sorry for not being geographically correct.

You can hear the accent, but it's what you consider normal, so you don't really give it a second thought.
