She hugged him tightly.

 

Zack was suprised by this, but he hugged Kahlene tightly for a minute, "what were you gonna say?" he asked again.

 

"Nothing..." Kahlene said as she kept hugging him tightly.

 

Zack kept hugging Kahlene, "why wont you tell me?"

 

"I needed to know something, and I do now..." She buried her face in his chest.

 

"what did you need to know?" he asked.

 

"How... you... and..."

 

"finish your sentence, you were almost there" he said.

 

"How... you felt about me..." She still had her face buried in his chest.

 

"well, I think your the cutiest thing ever!" he said.

 

Kahlene slightly smiled. "I think your cuter, though..."

 

Zack shook his head, "nope, you are" he said and kissed her.

 

"You are." Kahlene coudn't help but frown.

 

Zack was confused, "why you frown?" he asked.

 

"I... I wasn't frowning..." She shook her head.

 

"yea you were, Is something wrong?" he asked.

 

"Everythings fine, I promise." Kahlene crossed her fingers behind his back.

 

Zack knew something was up, but he knew she wouldnt answer him, so he waas going to ask her later, "so, what you want to do?" he asked.

 

"I want... promise you won't laugh if I say it?"

 

"I promise" he said.
