Yeah it's a RUMOR but so far this sounds eligible right? It sounds kinda iffy but don't take my word for it!
Nintendo has been rumoring that with the Wii you can download some games to the DS, but how I think is the possibility is that it uses wi-fi. Nintendo has released many DS styles, for example, the Legend of Zelda themed DS. It was golden with the triforce in it and had Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass with it. Not so many people are using GBA games. It seems that Nintendo is making one more step forward to TOTAL NINTENDO REVOLUTION. As I believe, they are mimicking the SONY PSP in some ways. For example, if I hear media, it reminds me of music or videos, meaning NINTENDO will make a downloable system that consists of musics, videos games, etc. But, with what memory all these games are stored?
I don't think Nintendo would make something as big as downloadable games only work with one style of DS... especially considering everyone and their mother already has an older model.
According to Wilson, Nintendo has been holding off on releasing this new model until sales drop worldwide. Yeah, good luck with that Nintendo XD
No it wouldn't, why should I download games, taking up space on my new DS's internal memory, that my previous DS could play with a physical cartridge <.< old GB/GBC games? Yeah, makes sense, people would like to download them because you can't get them anywhere. Games that they used to be able to play by plugging in a Cartridge? No. GB/GBC games are smaller as well, so they probably wouldn't take up what internal memory this new model has, but GBA games would eat up all your space This rumor from this analyst has been floating around for months, I don't personally believe it
