Vexen jumped to the side and then lunged with a sweeping motion of the shield forcing the heartless back and making a small wall of ice. "With their powers they'll make it through but they, unlike I, are too stupid and most likely won't make the move all at once. Now we can focus on something a little more concerning" Vexen said, originally talking to Vexen but having his gaze move to Mixt for that last statement


Mixt gazed back at Vexen but didn't say a word. Both of them were trying to find out as much as they could about the other as if by staring hard enough all their secrets would be revealed.

 

Lexaeus had no choice. Any longer and he'd lose his young charge, he would lose everything. Summoning all of his darkness, The silent hero called upon the last of his strength and struck the ground with his centurion. the shock wave and the boulder sized shrapnel was amazing. Not a single heartless survived the assault. They were safe. A loud boom accompanied the tomahawk's fall from its master's grip. Lexaeus was spend. Falling to his knees, the strong man's eyes grew blank. He was unconcious.

 

"Lexeaus!" Zexion half shouted. He staggered over to his older friend, and fell again. Using to much of his strength was not the best move. "Lex, it's Going top be ok. Damn, where is Vexen when you need him." The nobody teen created a portal, and miserably dragged the slient hero throught it. He gave up, and went to find someone to help.

 

Vexen sunk a little. What did it take to even be noticed around here? Vex turned away from Mixt go go help Lexeaus. "I''ll be keeping an eye on you, trespasser." Vexen was a bit dismayed, one of his few chances to gain respect and Lex had to do something stupid and mess it up. Odds were Lex was going to get away free and he was going to get scolded for letting this intruder in, despite him not being able to enter the castle. Vexen froze the ground allowing him to move Lexeaus easier and walked through the portal, though he was unable to close it since it belonged to Zexion


Mixt would have laughed here but he didn't really feel it and there was no one to fool. Things did not go as expected, but these people just left him unguarded and the door was wide open. After waiting a minute to be sure that icehead was gone, Mixt walked through the portal and began to explore the castle.

 

Zexion nodded at Vexen. "Thank you." He said softly. He crossed his arms in a pout, and looked at his feet. "I messed up this time didn't I?" He said depressed. "It's my fault Lex is hurt."

 

Vexen was thrown off. He couldn't remember a time Zexion had blamed himself for anything more serious than burning eggs, not that he did much cooking. He wasn't sure how to respond. It was Lexeaus' fault but if he said so the blame would somehow be passed to him. On the other hand Zexion was in charge of him, so if he decided to he could make Vexen's life a lot harder. Maybe if he took the blame it would go easier. "It's not you, he did that because I wasn't fighting hard enough" said Vexen but in his mind he added, because I didn't actually need to

 

"No, I wasn't strong enough. I"m never string enough." Zexion spoke in a low whispered. Lex looked really bad. The nobody teen felt as bad as the other looked. "Don't take the blame."

 

For some reason Cloud was believing Demyx, but keeping his defenses up. Heck, if the guy wanted to take his heart he would of done it by now. Showing his presence alone was comforting that it wasn't another member in his place. "You took a risk coming here didn't you?" Cloud folded his arms and recalled a point of his life when he had done crazy things for the greater good. Battling Sephiroth was one of them and it was a memory that always came to plague him every now and then. He could never get that silver haired man out of his head. His visage alone was enough to scar Cloud for life and to make matters worse, he was the only one that could stop the one winged angel.

Demyx kept his eyes for any trespassers as he summoned his faithful servant the dancer from the darkness that had revealed something behind its back. It gave it to the ledge and disappeared once again. The lively member of Organization XIII held in his hand, the gunblade that Leon had lost. It was also the same one Demyx had picked off from the ground and kept it for safe keeping. "Cloud to let you know that I mean no harm to you or your friend I offer you his weapon back," he placed it in Cloud's hand. "And yes it was a risk to come here, but I had to. Something told me to I suppose. None of the other members know that I'm gone and they think I'm resting in my room enjoying myself from coming back from the Underworld on a mission. Let them think what they want," he said the whole thing softly where only Leon and Cloud heard.

Cloud graciously held the gunblade by the handle looking it over making sure it was not a replica. Being satisfied that it was the real one, he held onto it tigher making sure to give it to Leon once he was fully awake and would appreciate it the efforts it took to getting it. "Thank you Demyx. This means everything to Leon. His weapon is one of a kind and holds special memories," he examined it again after casting his blue eyes off of Demyx's azure ones.

Demyx smiled knowing he had done a good deed. This could balance his list of evil acts by taking innocent lives hearts. "Glad I was able to help Cloud. As you can tell by that act, that I don't want to be enemies and would like to be friends instead. It doesn't matter that we're both on opposite sides for maybe you're neutral. I don't care about the boss's plans since he doesn't have my interest at heart anyway and how could he? He doesn't have a heart, but when we meet it will be in private for I can't let any of the members of the organization know that I'm meeting with you as a friend otherwise I don't want to think of what Xemnas would do to me. I fear his aerial blades the most," he shuddered at that thought of the weapons being held at his neck once again or being tortured to some degree in front of the others where as Xemnas would be the one doing the torturing.

 

Leon opened his eyes as he had heard the commotion from both Cloud and Demyx. He pushed the coffee and orange away from his mouth and was in awe when he in fact saw his gunblade. It was almost like a dream come true "How did you find this?" He asked in both appreaciation as he gently took it and hugged it to myself. "Thank you, I don't know what to say?" He blinked several eyes and pinched his skin to make sure he wasn't dreaming. "That one guy was going to kill me right?" He asked with depression in his voice. How could he have been so stupid to underestimate him.

After observing an amusing fight concernly Larxene getting her ass kicked the flurry had retreated shortly. Shortly he had silently followed Demyx as he stood outside the cavern easdropping on them. The voices could be heard easily by him since the echos through the cavern. He kept to himself knowing he had was to keep an eye on Demyx, but either way he needed to see how Roxas was doing as well. He would have to flip a coin or something, but disobeying an direct order who would be disasterous on his part. His eyes seem to show some sort of guilt knowing that he had to keep his promise to Demyx with his secrets so how could he remain on good terms with the superior. Biting his tongue the flurry stepped a little closer leaning into the rocky cavern as if almost an attempt to hide himself. Demyx trusted him out of the whole organization, but his friend was the one who had stolen the gunblade from Axel and it left an uneasy sour after taste in his mouth that the pyro nobody seem so kind of deceivment from Demyx's actions. He would confront him, about it, but for now he wanted to just hear the highlights of the conversation and see what Demyx was planning on doing. He couldn't be turning traitor on him could he? Still it would be interesting of what the noturne was going to say about him.

 

Larxene smiled, looking into Gex's eyes as she watched them heal with a personal satisfaction. "No... I wanted to wither see it backfire and warp you in a vast contortion of pain... but sadly, it has healed." she sighed, a fake, joking expression wiping across her face. "Too bad. I was hoping to see you writhe." She grinned wickedly, giggling slightly. "I'm sure you would have wanted to aswell."

 

sitting up, Gex hugged the lunatic. It was strange having someone understand him so. It was even stranger understanding someone else. This truly was the best decision he ever made.

"You know me too well larxene, you know me far too well."

 

Zexion sat down in a near by chair, and waited for Lexeaus to wake up. If something was to go wrong. He would be there first. "I have to amke sure he's alright." The nobody teen said softly to himslef.

 

Larxene's eyes widened, her body freezing in the position she was sat in. He's making physical contact. I don't like physical contact. I'm going to kill him.... No, He'll like that too much. I'll....hug him back. He won't like that at all.
She forced herself to smile, her hand patting his back with a slight giggle. "No...no problem." she smiled to herself, having to resist the obscure urge to shock him half to dust. Well, perhaps that urge wasn't so obscure, but it still felt strange having to restrain herself.

 

why wasn't it working? where was the agony? Maybe things weren't going as well as he planned. Crap, what was he suppose to do?

 

Larxene couldn't resist. Letting the current flow through her body to his, she grabbed him harder, almost bone crushingly hard, into a hug. She smiled as she felt his body tense in the pleasure of the pain, whilst she giggled at the sheer thought of causing him the pain. It was brilliant; he liked pain, she loved causing it.
Hah...awesome. she grinned to herself. This could work out cool. I can hurt him, smile, he could be hurt, wince in pain, but still smile!

 

Gex arched at the raw pleasure he experienced.

"Yes yes yes!!! oh if only I had a heart!"

Slowly stirring, the giant opened his eyes and looked at his young charge.

What happened zexion? are you alright?

 

Larxene giggled further, letting go and sitting back into her normal position. "You'll have to control your pleasurable gasps." she giggled again, blushing slightly for the first time. "People will have assumptions that we are doing some rather bad things..." she smirked, her right eye closing into a wink.

 

The masochist could only shrug with a smug grin on his face.

"What? all you're doing is torturing a fellow member. What is so bat about that then huh? is there a law against two people like us?"

 

Larxene smiled, looking into Gex's green eyes again. "You make it sound like a natural thing, Gex." She smirked. "I've never seen it that way. Why do think I'm the 'savage Nymph'?" she smirked, looking down again. "I always seen causing pain as a fun thing to do, a profession, if you must. But you make it seem really...natural. That's the only word I can use to describe this."

 

"Well isn't it natural? the essence of life is violence. touch is simply dull pain. Agony, savagery, life, they are all the same thing. That is why as of right now, I am alive as I can be."
