A Life to Lead ^_^

“...We could have a walk through the streets. Look for the others there.” Larxene suggested, her eyes reopening and averting themselves up at Demyx again. The residue of a smile still tingled on her lips like pins and needles, forcing her to smile a little again. She felt slightly shy at this point, but prepared herself for the abrupt moment that the shield would return, and she would morph back to the aggressive girl she usually was.
Perhaps that wouldn’t happen. But the odds were that it would, so why not enjoy herself now? Even for a moment? They could look for the other members, but walk and talk at the same time. Yeah, that sounded alright.
“Come on.” She urged, now pulling him by the hand. “We might be able to find Xigbar or someone in a pub or something like that... We’ll have to look around.”She added with a grin.

 

Xion barely moved, she only kept her hands locked. Feeling Gex's hand ripped from her's, she whimpered, then clenched her hand again, lost in her world of pain. She wanted it all to stop, to leave her be. She had been fine, why had she tried to talk to Larxene? Her head whirled, and she turned to the side, throwing up by the side of the bed.

 

Luxord sat up it was the time to put his plan into action. "dear free shooter oppentunity is cying out to us" The Gambler of Fate said to Xigbar as he headed out of the door of the tavern. He did not know why but something urged him it was the right time for his plan like his element Luxord was not gona let the time be wasted.

 

The masochist grew cold, blood draining from his face. He didn't know what to do. A life was in the balance, one that saved his own. Now here he was, too stupid to know what to do while the mullet boy's pet whisked her off into the building. He needed to something, something that would make a diffrence. Clenching his fists, he let loose a soft sigh of submission. There was nothing he could do now except watch. Sprinting, Gex ran into the room. Eyes wide, he stood there, simply stood there and watched the drama unfold.

 

OOC: No pressure at all, huh?

BIC: In her own little world, Xion failed to notice, or care anymore. It hurt too much, simply put. She knew it was close to the end, she woudln't be able to take much more otherwise. There was nothing else to do but wait it out, right?



Tifa gently pushed Cloud out of the room. "You shouldn't be in here for this." she murmured, gently but firmly, then closing the door. She smiled a little at Gex before letting the door close completely, locking it. Turning, she gently rubbed Xion's forehead, ignoring the blood and smell. She was only a little girl.

 

(OOC: Sorry for crappy post. Not feeling good at all. Like I've been hit by a bus or something. I was just so weak today. *falls down and sleeps*)


Cloud only had stayed out of concern until Tifa had arrived. He was thankful that she had pushed him out of the room. He didn't want to deal with what was going on in there. Ignoring what was happening, his face grew pale and he felt a tad dizzy from witnessing what he had. Walking over to the couch he sat down and then lied down on the couch with one hand on his chest and the other on his forehead.

Xigbar followed Luxord not drinking to much himself for he needed to be sober for Luxord's big plan. "All right let's go ahead and begin. Just let me know what you want me to do."

And he let her guide him like a lost puppy, his hand being the leash and her being the owner. Yawning a bit, he covered his mouth with his other hand to hide it. He had not gotten much sleep from being stressed out and still was tired from the whole ordeal with his life being on the line due to Xemnas's wrath, but at least things were calming down. Larxene seemed cheerful which was odd, but he wasn't complaining for he knew if someone upset her again she would revert back to who she was around the others. "Okay, but do you think we could get some sugar. I feel my energy draining," he added with a sheepish grin as he followed her, his glove ensnared in hers.

 

(OOC: Not really inspired to post, but will anyway. Great now we have no outside villains. It would of been interesting to see the Turks target the organization. *sighs*)

Roxas was but of course he had spies as well. His blood boiled when he heard that Larxene had harmed Xion. He even blamed himself that he wasn' t there for her. He had blood on his lips as he limbed towards the house and his broken body seem like an nightmare. He had a few cracked ribs from the aftermath as the enemy had attacked him relentlessly by it. It was an nobody of high superiority and of course it was Saix's Berserker. Luckily he had escaped, and summoned forth his samurai. Even though he was the traitor of the organization he had still control over them, they were loyal and would follow his orders. Larxene would pay for what she did. He would kill her if something had happened to the baby.

Right now he needed to find Xion so he gave his followers an order and they obliged and went to look for Larxene. Using his incredible nobody powers he appeared right where Xion was at and went to her side, ignoring anyone would might object to him being there. "Xion.....I got some food and water, and medicine from the shops, but then I was attacked by Berserkers. I am sorry I wasn't there for you. Oh my god you are hurt," He held her hand as he began to cry. "If you lose the baby that btch Larxene is dead!" He promised. He didn't care what the excuse it may be, but the feeler woman was going to pay for even laying an hand on her. Slowly the carefree Roxas was slipping away and a vengeful one was in the works.


Leon was busy on the computer trying to get the whole security system back up online. He couldn't believe that one single nobody was that powerful. He had an back up system in a flash drive that he carried in a special place, but still he could take a while to mechanize everything. He was half way done as well as he slammed the wrech on the ground and removed some useless wires. He wondered where Cloud was at, including everyone else. He eyed the couch and saw that Axel was out of sight as well. "Damn it!" He cursed and then glanced one more time and saw Cloud there. "Cloud!" He immediately went to his aid and handed him some fluids and some herbs.


Axel was away from everyone and was told by his assassins that some people were looking for him. The nobody only scoffed as he tried not to laugh at the thought. He closed his eyes for a blink second and then sensed an settling feeling that was by passing his mind, but he couldn't figure it out. The spying on the Turks would have to wait for now. He didn't know that Xion was in danger of losing her baby and if he knew he would deal with the one responsible. Walking away from the tribes's lair he portalled and then found himself on a roof top. The gritty feeling was unnerving to his boots as they clanked on the solid surface. He felt almost slipping, but kept his balance. Just his luck to land on an unstable roof, but once he got his baring he Stiffling back an yawn as he shielded himself from the sun. Losing his mind int he vibrant colors his ear picked up chatter from down below. Shifting his eye gaze down emotionlessly at Demyx and Larxene, he noticed the holding hands as he only rolled his eyes at the situation. Demyx was acting like a fool again, with that goofy smile on his face. Larxene's expression seemed different to him. Resentment was still in his soul of how Demyx had treated him and he didn't know how to get past it. This proved that the flurry could not trust anyone for being scolded just because he wanted to seek some kind of help from others he thought were his friends. At that time it wasn't his fault that he was bleeding on the couch, but he should know better than to trust people.

Larxene let go of Demyx and stared over the edge of the building. It was a height, yes, but nothing more than...what...ten metres? It wouldn’t hurt.
Quickly, the Nymph jumped, flipping twice in the air before landing neatly on her feet, her fingertips of her gloves just scraping the floor.
Straightening up, the blonde-haired woman brushed herself down and smiled to herself. Looking back up, she motioned for the Nocturne to follow her, her eyes sparkling in the sun.
“Come on then, water boy. You want your sugar, you work for it.†She giggled, placing her hands neatly on her hips.

 

(OOC: I told her about it and she said that would be good. I guess she kind of forgot. She's been worried about me lately.)

Cloud leaned up once he heard Leon speaking to him. "I wondered where you were." He adjusted his position only to lean on the other side of the couch for his head hurt. "Leon, Xion is not fairing well. I think she is miscarrying. You wouldn't believe what I saw in there. Something so unimaginable it would give you nightmares. Hopefully Tifa helps her through this ordeal," he was sitting up straight now, rubbing the left side of his temple with his right hand. "Just promise me that what ever happens we don't make things worse by telling her what she should have done. We have to support her no matter what."

Xigbar had a smirk on his face and had heard from his legion of lower nobodies, the freeshooters that Roxas had been in an awful confrontation with heartless and that he was fearing the worst for Xion. Xigbar had also overheard with his keen senses mainly his pointy ears that Xion was in terrible pain and he assumed something was wrong for he had heard her scream earlier and had also heard Larxene's voice and Xion confronting one of another so he put the pieces together and figured out what could be going on. "Yeah I heard you the first time." He was a little bit annoyed with the tenth member's pestering, but remembered all that he wanted to say which put him in a better mood. "You know Luxord, Roxas is one pissed off kid. If Xion loses her baby, he's gonna kill Larxene for it, but I'm not going to tell her. You don't either. That screaming banchee can find out the hard way." He laughed for he enjoyed seeing others in misery and would make matters worse as if he was rubbing salt and lemon juice on an opened wound.

He glanced up seeing her now above looking down upon him. She was quick and nimble, fast as lightning and deadly to boot. She was attractive and smart. The only flaw was that she was conceited, but he knew no one could change that. If there was one thing Demyx learned it was to accept others for who they were. "I had a feeling you would say that." He sensed Axel in the area with his keen senses and wondered what he was doing and if anything had happened after he got hurt. Still upset with him, Demyx would allow Axel to speak to him only if he wanted, but for now he was trailing behind the agile nymph. Seeing that the building was only ten meters up, he quickly jumped up, being quick himself, but nothing compared to Larxene. Bounding from roof top and then to the side of the wall, he made it to where she was, his eyes focused in the distance where the sun was. Straightening his own posture he now stood tall, his height clearly taller than hers. Seeing the top of a roof, he balanced himself upon the center of the railing, his feet in postion to leap if he needed to. Giving her a proud and determined grin, he spotted the shop where he wanted to go. "See that place over there," he called to her in a normal tone. "That's where I want to go. Ignore the people there. We'll just make our presence known and they will run towards the hills once they see our cloaks."

 

Eventually, Larxene managed to smile slightly, probably not fully, but it was something. Her blonde hair blew slightly in the breeze as she watched him look at her, and giggled further as she witnessed him attempt to clamber about buildings.
“Wow, you’re a klutz.†She commented, rolling her eyes. She continued to jump, and soon hit the floor with a muted thud.

Glancing around, the smirk that lined the Nymph’s lips remained as confident and self-righteous as ever. People stared, yes, and soon backed away once her sharp eyes scanned the immediate area.
“Well, well, well. We seem as loved and popular as ever, now, don’t we?†She smiled, watching various people make a beeline for the back and side streets that snaked from the road she stood in.
“Come on then. Let’s go and take some of that stupid candy.â€

 

Leaping down, his leather cloak billowed out from behind him, his right leg touching the ground first then his left. Concealing himself with his hood once more, he didn't want anyone to know who he was for he wouldn't want to deal with Sora if he happened to show up. Demyx proudly asserted himself past the hordes of bystanders as if he was a grim reaper about to ensare their very lives and take them all away. Using the very technique all nobodies did to make themselves sound more ominous, he gave off a short chuckle that echoed trying to make himself seem tough and threatening. Of course, this did the trick when he reached his right hand out, pretending to seize ones heart. "Yeah run!" His voice echoed, the sound of stampedes could be heard through out the town. Kicking the door open with his left foot, his hidden piecing eyes glared at everyone. Without a single word, the place was empty like a ghost town. "Huh? That was easy." Stepping to the counter, he spotted a bag and started filling up all sorts of assorments of candy ranging from sweet and sour, to carmel and chocolate types. Next he spotted cookies and raided that department. The last thing he saw was icecream. So again he took what he wanted. "Well I guess it's free since no one is here anymore." He realized when he had kicked the door open, it fell off the hinges. "Whoops," he shrugged digging into his assortment of goodies as he sat cross legged on one of the tables, exposing his face to eat the junk.

 

Luxord looked at Xigbar awaiting for the response from the yelling the far off members did. Shaking his head sadly "such foolish unneeded circumstances" The Gambler of Fate said to Xigbar as he walked to the building. Luxord needed to get two gambling pieces Cid and Xion. The Gambler of Fate already wanted to erase the little traitor from existence so his plan would do that purpose as well. Pulling up his hood covering his identity The Gambler opend the door slightly and quetly. Looking around finnaly Luxord saw Cid putting his hand in his pocket with his hood up "such an fin generous day dont you agree sir" Luxord said to the man kindly.

 

Larxene glanced around, the streets that were once littered becoming vacant rather quickly. She laughed slightly at Demyx’s impression of an evil cackle of sorts, and shook her head as she entered the shop behind him.
Sweets.
“What the hell are you shovelling into your mouth?†She retorted, looking at the rainbow chews that plagued the walls of the store. “Do you know what this junk can do to your body?†Her face pulled into a disgusted expression, hating the idea of all the sugar being loaded into such horrid-smelling foods.
She would not in one million years consume this rubbish.
“You’ll ruin your good figure, you know.†She sniffed, crossing her arms and sliding herself on a table near to the open doorway.

 

He was interrupted from his sugar attack, at the sound of her voice and the expression on her face. Wiping his mouth with the back of his gloved hand he licked his lips and rubbed his lips again with the same hand. "I have a fast metabolism." He placed the bag of sweets down on the table. "Besides my body consists of my element so I don't ever have to worry about that." He was true about every word. Having water meant, the sugar was more absorbed and was eliminated through different means as if he never ate the junk at all. "So you see, I can eat what I want and not have to worry about it later. Sometimes my stomach will get upset, but then I just balance it out with more water," he hopped off the table and opened up a fridge to see a gallon of water. Picking it up, he took off the lid and held it to his lips as he began to drink it without stopping.

 

Larxene scowled in disgust, making a low ‘Urgh’ as she witnessed Demyx chug down as much water as he could. How... disgusting.
“I still don’t think it’s good. Rot your teeth and ruin your smile.†She rolled her eyes, speaking in a matter-of-fact tone. Her eyes still sparkled, but leered towards the large bottle that contained the clear liquid. She didn’t understand how he could like it... She didn’t even understand how he could touch the stuff.
Sighing, she strolled over towards the back of the store and scanned the shelves, twisting her mouth in disgruntlement as all she seen was candy.
Candy, candy, candy.

 

Placing the gallon down once it was empty, he wiped his mouth with the back of his left hand this time and walked over towards her. "Oh come on. Like I said I don't have to worry about that. Besides I don't eat this many sweets normally. I'm just having enjoying myself. What? Do you think I eat this stuff like a glutton all the time? You don't know me at all then." Kicking the gallon out of his way, he sat on the side of a high countertop. "Water on the other hand, I drink tons of it and you would too if your element was water. You kind of have no choice. If you manuipulate it and control it then you must consist of it." He chuckled, licking the front of his teeth quickly with his back turned to her when he did it. Turning back around, he let his right leg dangle off to the side and clasped both of his fingers together on his left knee in a relaxed postion. "I bet you don't even drink a glass of water a day at all. Your power may be thunder or should I say lightning, but you still need to drink water for many reasons, but I won't bore you with that. Everyone is different I suppose," he looked away starring at the exit of the shop to see if anyone was going to come in the store or not.

 

Larxene turned on her heel glancing around the shop as she did so, before strolling towards the counter next to Demyx. She lifted herself onto it, and swung her legs off the edge once sat on the end.
Her eyes focussed on the floor, the azure pools that inhabited them seeming to stand still. Her soft features wrinkled into a disgruntled scowl at the mention of water, and she shook her head vigorously.
“I hate it.†She stated, looking back up at him, scanning his expression, and settling on his eyes. She felt like a child in a sweet shop, with her feet dangling from the counter and Demyx’s towering height over her. She didn’t realise she was smiling a little, but a small smirk lined her soft lips, witnessing the small sugar crystals that dotted about the Nocturne’s chin area. They only glinted slightly in the light, but made her smile nonetheless.

 

Cid had come back from drinking a beer in a cool glass when he saw a stranger clad in black speaking to him. He knew it was a member of the organization on account of the cloak. "Another one of you guys? There is just no end to any of you. It doesn't help to see one hanging around with Cloud for some odd reason and at the place too," he hoped he was drunk and seeing things for he was not in the mood to deal with another threat especially after Leon had just fixed the computer.

Leon's eyes widened as Cloud had explained what had happened. He almost gagged and would have if Cloud gave him the graphic details. Luckily, the blond warrior didn't want to gross out his friend. "Man that's awful. I don't even want to think about what she is going through in there." He got up from the couch, filled a glass up with water and handed it over to him. "Here drink this. You look a little pale," he tried not to chuckle.

Saix causally thanked the berserker that had hurt Roxas, the traitor that deserved everything that happened to him. "Roxas should of never betrayed us," he walked away, his back to the berserker. "Keep up the good work. In the meantime I'm going to see where the other members are. They better be doing their jobs. I'm sure the boss would like me to keep tabs on them since I'm the only one he can trust."

Axel was getting tired of overseeing from a distance and who knows what those two were doing in the candy shop. He was concerned about Roxas and why he had just attacked with the keyblade earlier which didn't seem at all like him, but maybe he was to stressed out. The flurry of dancing flames would give him some room to calm down and sort this aggression problem out. For now his curiousity had got the best of him. Conjuring up a void, he traveled through it and appeared outside the shop where many footprints were imprinted in the soft soil. Wiping his left foot across them, they were covered up by the dirt. If those two were terroizing others, he would want to be part of it. Besides, he needed to speak to Larxene and Demyx and of how they acted towards him. Larxene with her aggressive behavior, and Demyx with his grudgefulness towards him. Walking into the place like nothing had happened at all to him, he crossed both of his arms and leaned against one of the shelves accidently breaking it. "I didn't think I would catch you Larxene in a candy shop. Demyx of course, but you never or were you craving chocolate. Just make sure it doesn't go to those big hips of yours," he added for he was still upset for being punched in the jaw by her.

 

Tiufa came out of the room and sagged against the doorway slightly, closing her eyes. She wiped her slightly sweaty forehead, leaving a small streak of blood without noticing. She closed her eyes, trying to banish the sights she had seen from her mind.

Larxene looked up, glancing towards Axel with jagged eyes. Oh, how convenient; now she didn’t have to look halfway around Hollow Bastion in search for his moody ass.
She let her eyes trail up and down the redhead several times before sighing, and shaking her head. “Wow Axel, I knew you weren’t good at insults, but really, the bullshit that just spilled from your mouth sucked.†She retorted, folding her arms and smirking towards the Flurry.
What an attitude, and to think that I was going to make the effort and find him, too...
“If you must be informed of every last detail to stop that stupid paranoia of yours, then all you had to do was ask, not prance in here acting all high and mighty.†She smiled mockingly, waving her unfolded right hand about as she spoke. Her voice remained light and airy, showing that she wasn’t going to bite for his lame insults. She felt herself smile, and giggled in the process, knowing that underneath that act, he liked her.
