A King's Story 4: Fading Light

Clark slowly drank the water.

"I don't know." Nel said teasingly.

Raikou shrugged. "Can't think of anything but where's Senkou?"

Darren blinked.

Amai looked at him. "Do you want to help me with this?"

 

L put down the bag and nodded.

 

"Taste good?" Akuji asked.

"You're evil." Cid smiled.

"I dont know." Alphonse shrugged.

"You know, its actually quite funny that you're confused" Lucas smiled.

"You're just stupid thinking that you can take over the Fire Kingdom."

 

"Who's gonna stop us? you and What's left of her? I'd love to see you try"

 

Dark laughed.
Kazune clenched his fist. Laying Xyam down, he shot a fireball at Dark.
Dark shifted his head, dodging easily. "So slow."
Kazune created long fire chains, attacking him again.
Dark smirked as they hit an invisible shield. "My turn."
Kazune's eyes widened as he was thrown across the room suddenly. Hitting against a wall, specks of blood came from his mouth.

 

Vivienne just laughed in her dark wispy way at it all. "Wow, you really are just too much. by the way, take too long and she'll never wake up.."

OOC: she talks like bellatrix from HP. i gotta go now..

 

Kazune stood up, wiping the blood away from his mouth. "That didnt even hurt." He charged at Dark, firing at him.
Dark ducked his attack and dealt a kick to Kazune's side.
Kazune hurtled across the room, landing on his back by Touta. Sitting up, he looked at him. "Touta... Run... Find your brother and run..." He stood up, breathing heavily. "Trust the White wolves. If you see one, follow it."

 

Amai handed him a spoon. "Just stir."

Clark was shocked but nodded.

Nel smirked. "Am I now?"

Raikou frowned.

"It's because you want to do nothing." Darren said.

 

"See? Thats what all the water tastes like on my world." Akuji smiled, hugging his arm.

"Yes, very much so." Cid kissed her.

"I'm sure he's probably in the Library." Alphonse smiled.

"I know when to do nothing." Lucas replied. "And when to do something. Call off the search. Then theres someone I want to see. By the name of Dr Cidolfus." He sat at his desk.

 

Clark smiled. "It taste grand."

Nel kissed him back.

"Are you sure?" Raikou poked him.

"Understood."

 

"Thank you." Akuji smiled back at him, pressing his arm against her chest.

A knock came at the door.
Cid looked at the door before getting up and opening it.
A servant handed him a letter before walking off.
Cid shut the door again. "I got a letter."

"What else does your brother do on a Tuesday afternoon?" Alphonse laughed.

"Good." Lucas smiled.

 

Clark blushed.

Nel looked at it. "What does it say?"

Raikou laughed too. "I guess you're right."

Darren exited.

 

Akuji smiled, kissing his cheek.

Cid opened it, reading through. ".... I've been invited to the Light Kingdom. The King there wants to see me and says I should leave for there as soon as possible."

"C'mon, lets go find him." Alphonse stood up, carrying Rai.

Lucas looked at a picture on his desk. It was him and Karen, both in servants uniform. He smiled, remembering it.

 

Clark looked at her for a moment then kissed her lips.

"Are you gonna go?" Nel asked.

Raikou nodded and hugged him.

Karen laid on her bed.

 

Akuji kissed back.

Cid nodded, sitting in his big chair. "I have to if I've been asked. It says invited but in reality, I have to go."

Alphonse headed out, carrying Rai.

Lucas looked at the other pictures. There was one of them getting married, two small ones with just Karen in and a recent one of them, Karen being pregnant in the picture.

 

Clark pulled her closer, kissing her more.

Nel sat on his desk. "Can I go?"

Raikou snuggled him.

Karen stroked her stomach, thinking about nothing but Lucas.

 

Akuji kissed back more, wrapping her arms around his neck.

"We'll have to ask your father but I see why not." Cid smiled. "Its good for a Princess to be aware of other Kingdom's cultures."

Alphonse smiled, heading into the library.

Lucas stared at the bulge on the picture. "Kiseki..."

 

Clark pulled her even closer, lift her a bit off the ground.

Nel's eyes lit up. "I'll go ask him then!" She dashed off to the throne room.

Raikou jumped out his arms, noticing Semkou at the end of the room. "Hey!"

Karen could somewhat hear Lucas.

 

Akuji blushed, standing on her tiptoes.

Cid sighed, following after her.
Kotarou sat on his throne, smiling at Luka.
Luka kissed his forehead.

Alphonse follow after her, sitting next to Sen. "What're you reading?"

"Os iusti meditabitur sapientam... Et lingua euis loquetur indicam..." Lucas was singing to himself quietly.

 

Clark kissed her slow and soft, enjoying every moment.

"Daddy?!" Nel shouted as she bursted into the room.

Senkou looked at the two. "Just an autobiography by an unknown scienist."

Karen closed her eyes, listening to his song.
