A King's Story 4: Fading Light

The woman stepped into the light. She looked exactly like Xyam but with long slightly wavey black hair. "Because I'm her other half"

L watched her. He slowly moved forwards and picked up one of the piping bags.

 

"You're her Somebody then if you're her other half." Kazune replied.

 

"Exactly"she smiled. "I had to be somewhere if not dead"

 

OOC: How did I know you were going to say that? And here goes nothing.

Bic: Suddenly Opal gasped and clenched her tummy, "Abee? I...I think the baby's coming!" She took a sparp intake of breath and curled up in pain.

 

Karen watched them both, still unable to speak.

 

"Xyam doesn't have a Somebody." Kazune replied.
"Wrong again."
Kazune looked behind the girl, seeing Dark.
"Xyam has a Somebody. She just came to my side, that's all." Dark smirked.

"....." Lucas stayed quiet.
"Good."

 

"Took ages too, I had to wait until she was mentally unstable enough"

 

Amai piped quickly.

L held his over the cookies and squeezed it. all the icing plopped out onto the tray in one huge ever-consuming lump.

 

"Oh really."

Karen squeezed Lucas' hand. "I'm so sorry."

 

"Yep, turned out today was my lucky day"

 

Lucas held her hand too. "The Underground. That's where you are, aren't you?"
"Ohh, you've been doing your homework." Lolipop smirked.

 

Amai froke and simply blinked.

 

Lawliet started at the glop mess. "Ooops"

 

Opal scrunched up her face in pain, "Don't just stand there, do something!" She doubled over again.

 

Karen nodded. "Yes... All I want is to return to you..."

Amai put down her bag. "Well... I think we can fix this."

 

"S-sorry"he shuffled about

 

"It's fine." Amai began to clean the mess. "I guess I should of fixed that bag."
