Josie crossed her arms. "Well that's you."
Nel sturred and woke up slowly. "Cid...?"

 

"Lots of people lie about their name." Cid said before looking at Nel. "Its okay. I'm here."

 

Nel held her head. "Ow."
"Hm?" Josie looked to Nel. "She woke up earlier than usual."

 

"What'd you mean by that?" Cid asked, hugging Nel.

 

Josie seemed to just examine Nel.
Nel looked up at Cid.

 

Reese blocked out a voice in his head. "I AM like this."

K...i.......l.......l..... h......e.....r.......

Reese grabbed his head. "Get away from me."

 

Cid smiled at Nel before looking back at Josie.

Kaida stepped back, looking at Reese. "R-Reese...? whats wrong?"

 

Nel looked at Josie as well. "Who's that? A maid? And why are you carrying me?"

 

"Go..." Reese said. "Run far far away... take our daughter with you..."

 

"Thats Josie. She was the Shadow from outside." Cid replied. "And I'm carrying you so she can't grab you and run off to her Mistress so she can use your brain to find immortality."

"No! I won't leave you! Whatevers wrong with you, I'm sure we can get through this." Kaida shook her head before taking his hand.

 

Reese grabbed her neck. "Go... away...!" He closed his eyes in pain.

 

Nel was confused. "My brain? Immortality?"

 

Kaida's eyes widened in feat and pulled away from Reese. "R-Reese...."

"I'll explain later Nel." Cid replied, smiling at her before looking back at Josie.

 

He turned and looked back up at the lights.

 

Akuji still was spacing out.

Light walked into the room and looked at Akuji.
Matt appeared behind Light, looking at Lawliet. "Look! I'm much better now!" He rubbed his cheek, walking over to him. "Light licked me but I started to feel better."
Light walked over to Akuji and looked at her face. "Jeez, not again...."

 

"Akuji kissed my cheek and made a bruise go away" he smiled. "what not again?"

 

"Weird...." Matt looked at Light.
"No use calling to her, she's gone." Light looked at Matt, ignoring Lawliet. "She's spacing out. Its when she's here but her mind his elsewhere. Like daydreaming."

 

"What if I sit on her?"

 

Matt burst out laughing.
"Try anything if you want." Light shrugged.

 

L walked over to Akuji and sat on her.
