A King's Story 3: Dark Secrets

Lawliet reappeared looking very listless.

 

Kazune picked him up in a towel, hugging him. "You feeling okay?"

 

He was slightly green.

 

Akuji ran out, fully clothed. Running over to Lawliet, she licked him across the cheek.

 

Kami looked at him. "Yes. Why?"

 

Lawliet just accepted it.

 

Lucas took her hand and put it over where his heart was supposed to be. "Figure out what's wrong." He had no heartbeat.

Akuji giggled. "Fweeling any better Lawliet?" She asked.

 

Kami blinked as she stared at his chest. She looked back up at him, confused. "I don't understand."

 

Lucas smiled still. "Father said that I was never allowed to tell anyone about this. But I guess since you're my fiancee, you should know. I don't have a heart."

 

"meh, My mouth tastes like sick..."

 

"Owf course it would." Akuji replied.

 

Kami looked back at his chest again. "H-How can you not have a heart?"

 

He just mumbled.

 

"Pretty easily if you're born without one." Lucas smiled. "I'm a being called a Nobody. Ever heard of it? People are pretty scared of them, considering we could take your heart for our own and eating it."

OOC: DING! DING! DING! Strikes a bell with meeting Kazune who's a Nobody.

Akuji watched him, smiling.

Xyam just floated about the bath.

Kazune smiled at Lawliet. "You any better now L?"

He nodded a bit.

 

Kami stared at him again. "Just like Kazune. I never expected this."

Kazune grinned, picking him up in a towel. He started rubbing Lawliet's hair with the towel.

Lucas nodded. "But it doesn't make a difference in iour relatiionship, right?"

 

Kami looked into his eyes. "Not in the slightest."
