Keya took the berries and and dumped them onto the floor. "Sayum has a tendency to pick any berry he finds. So he could pick up one that is poisonous. One time he had Satoru digging a new business hole every 5 minutes for two days straight. He got such a bollocking when it finished."

Akuji held the jar, watching the fish.

Opal laughed, "Sounds like fun"

 

"Poor Lawliet" she whispered.

 

"That's why I check them. I've got the best sence of smell in our village." Keya replied. She picked up a berry and sniffed at it. Frowned, she squished it and any the same as it. "NightBerries. Jeez, how many times does it take for him to understand that these will make you sick for a week?"

Akuji dipped her hand in, stroking the fish.

 

The fish curled itself slightly around her finger.

 

Opal rolled her eyes and smiled as she watched Keya.

Lucas shut his eyes, smiling. "I love you Kami."

Keya finished, sorting out the edible berries to none edible to medicines.

"Looks like we'll have to wait until he has the energy to turn back into himself"

 

Kami blushed. "I love you too, Lucas."

 

"Where did you learn that?" Opal asked curiously.

 

"Turn himself back? Into what? Why does fishy have to change?" Akuji asked.

Lucas kissed her neck, smiling.

"Natural. You know, orginally we were just people that lived in the woods, some of us with wolven features." Keya said. "Then Satoru came along with his wolf a few years ago and turned us into a village, teaching us all sorts of things. Sayaka came later and Satoru instantly fell for her. We all wouldn't be here without their guidence."

 

Kami blushed and shivered slightly.

 

"What's wrong? Are you cold?" Lucas asked.

 

"I-It's just your kisses....and probably my nude body." Kami blushed really pink.

 

Lucas pulled her closer. "Awh, am I making you nervous or something?"
