    Not 5, then again I haven't beaten the game yet. From what I can say;

    1. Ansem (Fight 2, still can't beat him)
    2. Spellican (Fight 1 in Traverse Town, ridiculously small area for three boss fights in a row >.>)
    3. Xemnas (Honestly not that bad of a fight, but he can catch you off guard like nobody's business)

Keep in mind this is coming from a Low Level Proud Mode run.

    1. Julius
    2. Ansem 2
    3. Spellican
    4. Anti Dark Coat
    5. Xemnas

The only ones on that list that were actually challenging were Julius and Ansem 2. To dodge the black orbs on Ansem 2 I equipped Leaf Bracer and just used various cure spells.

I started out on Proud Mode. That said...my list is
    1. Julius (EX bosses are kinda supposed to be tough though)
    2. Ansem 2
    3. Brawlmari 2(Didn't figure out the stupid "hide behind rock thing until I tried backing away and saw them)
    4. Xemnas (Cuz I didn't expect him to be much different from KH2)
    5. Don't really have a number 5 that I countn't take after a couple tries.

I think another thing that added to some of these bosses was the drop system...

I was on my last bar when I started Ansem #2 and I was tweaking because I was worried I would drop and have to start over.

I guess my top 5 hardest bosses would be
5.Brawlamari 2nd Fight (The super laser thing he did always got me)
    4. Wargoyal (Side Sora)
    3. Rinzeler (The only hard part was dodging upside down.)
    2. Xemnas (He was almost always moving around and avoiding my attacks)
    1. Julius (But he was way too easy to cheap shot)

I dont know why people are saying Ansem was difficult because I thought he was fairly average. Then again i was around lvl 65 by that point so I might have just been over leveled.

Secret Portal Spellican was hardest for me. Julius was tough, but once you formulate a plan and stick to it, the fight becomes pretty fun. Spellican's constant teleporting and switching to that stupid grinding section where you can't dodge anything properly just made that fight so goddam irritating.

    3 is Young Xehanort.
4 is where you have to fight Hokomonkey and Wargoyle in the cramped Third District that doesn't give you any room to dodge their area covering attacks.
    5 is normal Spellican.
