Just work as best and diligently as possible in class. I haven't had homework at all this year and I'm passing all my classes, simply because I finish it all in class.

I don't pretend I'm Asian and eat Asian food, lol. But I do have a friend who is slightly a weeaboo who likes TWEWY, but she still plays mostly Western games. And there's surprisingly a bunch of people who watch anime, mostly Soul Eater right now.

But yes, I'm the only male weeaboo.

That's what I try to do too. Thank god there's a thing called advisory! ^_^

Just to clarify, liking Japanese games, culture, costuming, anime, etc. does not make you a weeaboo.
Being a totally ignorant person and poor behavior does.

But wow I miss the days when I only had four hours of homework.

My school has a club for those.
It's called the Japanese Culture Club.

Deceptive, right? One of my friends took it thinking that it would be a club about all aspects of Japanese culture, when he went there it was just a bunch of rabid anime fans talking about and watching anime, as if that is the only part of Japanese culture.

I'm going to go as 17 = senior year of high school, even though I'm in my first year of college at 17 (I'm young for my grade, late birthday and all).

    Senior year I took:
    • Calculus: derivatives, anti-derivatives/integrals, position/velocity/acceleration problems. Other stuff I don't remember.[/INDENT]
    • Biology: properties of inorganic vs. organic, different forms of life (bacteria, viruses, animals, reptiles, etc.) & the differences between them (ex. circulatory system of birds vs. humans), other stuff I don't remember because I didn't pay attention
    • Literature & Composition: basic idea of how to write an essay, read a few books and analyzed them, went over the many different ways to criticize literature. This class was pretty lax.
    • Computer Networking: study of routing protocols & how data travels through the layers of the OSI model, programming corporate level routers & switches
    • Government: study of the US government, political spectrum, and current events
    • Sociology: introductory course to sociology, going over some famous experiments. Watched The Truman Show.
    • Computer Aided Drafting & Design: made model cars in SolidWorks, basically.
That's all I really remember, I had some freedom to select courses and went mainly with computer courses... then got to college & switched to English major. v:

And on the whole "dayum I hate the generation below me!!," that's how everyone feels. We all hate the generation below us, but those kids probably exhibit the same annoying tendencies you had when you were there age, you just don't notice it.

I don't dislike the next generation any more than I dislike my own. On average everyone currently alive is a gigantic worthless piece of refuse who would do the world a favor by kindly leaving it all alone. I like some people and I don't like others, but even the people I like aren't helping the case for humanity. Hell, sometimes I like people for the bad they do. Sometimes I like that we're all ****ed up. Sometimes I like that the world has been going to **** since they day particles started collecting to form it. Sometimes I lose myself in the inexorability and inevitability of it all. All life is a cluster**** of problems and disasters in its own way. I just get to experience our way with a very sickening sense of closeness. Everything is great. Everything is terrible. Everything is as wonderful and fantastic as it is horrific and broken. I wonder why I even bother sometimes. Changing doesn't help. Staying the same doesn't help. No way in and no way out. Never ending. Never stopping. Always turning like an electron about a nucleus. So ****ing small we all are. So helpless to do anything for ourselves or anyone else. I love this generation.

America? You have IB. Maybe it's not offered at your school, but you have it. Pretty much every country has IB. It's the international equivalent of AP, but with higher workloads.
