"What is it Hit Jason day?" Jason said chuckling as tossed up the carton again.

Jessica shivered and stood up walking around attic.
"It's going to get colder and colder.... " she said softly.

 

"I'll be here to warm you up." he said, hugging her.

 

She smiled.
"You're so touchy," she chuckled.

 

One of the twins plugged in the heater and turned it on max.
"We'll make use of the electricity until they cut it off."

 

"That was the purpose of a propane heater.. The power won't last long," she said.

 

"Thats what we said," they said, shrugging their shoulders. They crouched down, back to back and looked around, studying the room.

 

"Sorry." he said. "It's because I love you."

 

"Ugh, I can't watch this." Jason said turning his head and flipping open his cellphone. "That's weird I've got 10 messages. Oh man that's not good." He said pressing a button to hear screaming and growling. "Jason!!! Help!!! Ahhhhh please no Jason help man no what are yo- no!!!" He closed the phone and looked down pulling a gun out of his jacket. "I could have helped. I'm really useless. If I can't help save somebody maybe I'm as bad as them." He said pointing the gun at himself.

 

Jessica grabbed his gun away from him.
"Stop it," she said.

 

Jason stood up and put his hands on her's and putting the gun to his head. "Pull the trigger. I'm useless. I can't help anybody so I'm a waste. Do it!!" He said closing eyes and tightening his grip.

 

Lexi came and smacked Jason, "Shut up. you're not useless and why are you giving up?"

 

"Take a look at us! We're in an attic dammit! What are we doing to fight this situation?! Oh we killed a couple big whoop! In the midst of it all I still got injured! That's proof that I'm useless. How bout this will this do it for you?! " Jason said removing the bandage showing the blood on his face. "Huh?! Kill me now!"

 

She covered her nose and mouth with one hand and used the other hand to hit Jason in the face. "Seriously, shut up. "

 

"Oh you dont like that do you? Because your one of the good ones." Jason hit himself on the injured area causing some blood to run. He put some of it on his finger and put in in front of her. "So that doesn't tempt you."

 

she slapped the hand away. "get away from me," She said as she was getting annoyed. She moved away from Jason so the blood wouldn't bother her.

 

Jason slowly put the bandage back on and looked down. He then walked closer and closer to Lexi. "Then tell me. If you don't wanna feed on us humans. Then what...the...hell...do...you...want?" He said having his face an inch from hers.

 

"To kill the ones that give us vampires a bad name," She said still with her mouth and nose covered. She was nervous that his face was close to hers.

 

Jason talked in a more serious tone now. "Then tell me the truth with this. If there was noone around just me and you and I was bleeding would you feed?" He said still close to her.

 

"I'd try not to," She said truthfully. "I have self control but it depends on your wound and how much blood is showing,"
