View attachment 48710 View attachment 48711 (Ishimoto (left) and Sekito (right) Thanks to an interview from Famitsu with Tetsuya Nomura and Takeharu Ishimoto (composer of Final Fantasy Dissidia NT), we now know more progress is being made on Kingdom Hearts III's soundtrack. Along with Yoko Shimomura, Takeharu Ishimoto and Tsuyoshi Sekito (composer for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children) are also working on the music for the soundtrack of the game. An excerpt from the interview about this has been translated by Zephyr from KHInsider: What do you think about this new information for the soundtrack? Are you a fan of what both Takeharu Ishimoto and Tsuyoshi Sekito have done so far for both Kingdom Hearts and the Final Fantasy series?
View attachment 48689 The "Making of Kingdom Hearts" was a video that was shown at D23 Japan that featured a bunch of new Kingdom Hearts information included interviews with some of the Japanese voice actors (Sora and Xion/Kairi), information about Kingdom Hearts Union X (Cross), and development information involving Kingdom Hearts III. All this information can be found over at KH13! They did an amazing roundup, so be sure to check it out if you haven't!

Unlike last year where we got some of our first KH announcements, this year Diamond Select Toys stole the show in terms of Kingdom Hearts products. At the show they displayed previously announced Kingdom Hearts Minimates (coming out this Spring), Kingdom Hearts Series 2, and Kingdom Hearts Series 1.5. At the event they showed a Kingdom Hearts Light Cycle Minimate set of Sora and the Tron Light Cycle (to be released this Fall), new Vinimate figures (including Org. 13 Clock Mickey, Tron Sora, Pete, and Halloween Town Sora, Donald, and Goofy), and Timeless River Minimates For more pictures of these Kingdom Hearts figures (and other fandoms!), feel free to check out the sources below! Is it weird that a staff member is requesting pins? Oh well :P Radio Active-- I've been on the podcast numerous times we should bring that back at some point Question Timed-- I've also been QTed (and ran it too lol)
I WAS SO SO EXCITED THOUGH. I love the Turtle :P
I still have a ****load of these. That being said, I have zero idea how to actually play the game lol
I remember when Risk used to do those Steam give aways using a similar method. I won 100$ for steam lol
omg Llave I'm so happy for you!!! If there's anything I can do to help, just let me know. I'm so excited for you my friend!!! And yeah, school is...
WHAT NO WAYOMG?! Who’s the lucky person???? Omg my friend I’m so excited for you!!!! Also yup. I’m in college. I’m a sophomore History major with...
<3 Thanks Cally. Don't worry I won't tell Hunter :P
I'm not dead yet lol School's kinda crazy and so is life but I'm hanging in there. How are things with you? What's new?
Okay, so the one thing I can say is, first of all, I respect you for saying something, B. I really do and I know it comes from a good place because you're not the kind of person who would just spew hate. But the one thing I will say is that you're completely off base about Explode. He is one of the most hardworking and dedicated staff members on this website. A lot of the stuff Explode handles you don't know about, which is okay and maybe a bit expected. But he (and Roxam) run the Twitter, and Explode is solely behind an upcoming (and amazing) project that's coming down the pipeline, in addition to all the cutscene work he's done for us. And I mean this from the bottom of my heart when I say this: this place would be much worse without him. But yeah, that's all I really have to say right now.
Good human, I ****ING SQUELED WHEN I SAW YOU

View attachment 48560 From reports coming out of D23 Japan, a video exclusive to the convention was shown about the development process/progress of Kingdom Hearts III. During this video a screenshot of the Tangled world was shown with Rapunzel in the Kingdom of Corona. This suggests that we will be able to enter and possibly explore the actual city. This picture also pictures NPCs in the background... which looks like it means no more empty worlds in Kingdom Hearts, which as been a criticism of the series for many years. This is also supported by IGN Japan's article (translated by MysticDistance on twitter), which can be found here. Source: Dlove EDIT: More images from the 'Making of' video have surfaced thanks to UrePia, showing Sora walking around Corona (including the many NPCs), as well as a first look at the 'Giantland' content in KH3 (which appears to be a Game & Watch style mini-game): View attachment 48562 View attachment 48563 View attachment 48564 View attachment 48565 View attachment 48566 View attachment 48567 View attachment 48568 View attachment 48569 View attachment 48570 View attachment 48571 View attachment 48572
