xx. I personally don't see the RP Arena blossoming so much? There are only 15 RPs within the entire arena with four at risk of closing and most moving slowly. We don't get new RPers very often [ especially not ones who stay ]. It's been rather stagnant lately. But maybe that's just me. Last RPI(s) happened when the RPA was a lot more active and the problems that occurred occurred because people disappeared, so now with even less [ and a lot of the initially interested members having left the site completely or barely get online anymore ] I can't see it doing too well. So, I've been working on making the competition less dependent on other people and certain things so those who are around and interested can enjoy it without it being like 'welp' when people drop like flies [ unless all but one drop out again like before ]. And I've eliminated judges because that was part of the problem. I'm still not so confident about bringing it back right now or at least until Summer. I was originally going to bring it back in the Winter Break but KHV activity really kind of plummeted for a bit there. But maybe. In any case, it was always going to be a thing so I guess the answer to this is yes. :)

You can theme with friends without changing your name [ actually I haven't changed my name to be apart of a theme with friends in forever, we just change our avatars and sigs and keep our forum name ], that shouldn't be stopping you. I already don't know who half of you are anymore without having to dig around and that's with the full two weeks to adjust to someone's new name.

I don't know how to describe my fascination with Lana. The first time I heard her I was like 'why' and then the second time was just whatever. Then the third time, which was her cover of Once Upon a Dream was like '... oh?' so then I listened to Born to Die and now I'm in love with her. I love her voice, and her more ~ vintage ~ songs as well as the hip hop vibe. Some of her lyrics are eh, but others really speak to me. I think I really started to like her after listening to her live. She wasn't very good, honestly, but there was this genuinity towards her fans that really touched me and I think her awkwardness / shyness on stage is kind of adorable. v: I love the generally classy way she carries herself but also the more vulgar / risque side. I also appreciate the fact that I can actually sing her ****ing songs because she doesn't sing in this ridiculously high register like a barbie doll.

My name for the my first YT account in like 2006 was xJayn. It's been so long now I don't remember why I chose that name,
[/breathes heavily] where do i begin. HOW CAN I EXPRESS THIS. It's Yuno Gasai from Mirai Nikki. I just ... She's just such a great, unique character to me. I usually don't connect with anime characters so much because a lot of them are generic [ especially the men who are usually pathetically average chick-magnets ], but Yuno gives me all of the feels. There was a point in Mirai Nikki where I hated her because what the flip you psycho ***** but once you get passed that point in the series it's just like oh my god. She's adorable, feminine, badass, and 'dedicated'. Like, what the heck. Spoiler How can you be so cute killing people?! ~ spoilers commence - if you haven't seen the series / plan on watching don't read the below ~ Anyway, what I loved about Yuno was she was so, so, so much deeper than what you first see. You think she's some creepy stalker, and to a degree she really is kind of crazy, but in the end you realize there was a reason for it all. She loved him, she would have done anything for him - even kill herself [ twice ]. She was desperate after it all went so wrong in the other timeline and she lost him. And she doesn't even try to justify it the entire series. There's a point where even she has to question; Spoiler and it KILLED ME. IT SLAYED ME. I just love her so much as a character. She was strong without being cold, and more than capable of protecting herself and Yuki which is rare in a female protagonist [ anti-hero?? ]. She was intelligent and had a good intuition about things, which was really special because you're like omg you paranoid/jealous woman gtfo but then she's right and was genuinely trying to protect him. Spoiler Above all, her love for Yuki was ... just incredible. The lengths at which she was willing to go for someone like him. [ I hated Yuki's character, such a crybaby. ] Her loyalty was just wahoahiohigh. Spoiler A lot of people glorify her crazy, and naturally that's a big part of what drew me in, but there's so much more to that and there's a reason she became the way she was - and moments of reflection and remorse. I love Yuno's character beyond the fact that she's psycho. Her softness, her strength, her capacity to love and her dreams for a happy future [ she just wants to see the stars and get married, jeeze! ] There are quite a few yanderes in the world of anime but I don't think they're done quite as well in comparison. Yuno truly is the queen imo.
