Ah, I see. I actually left home over a similar event at my place. Now I've been living elsewhere for a year, far easier for me. Still, not always an option, I know.

People will give me trouble for it. They say I'm not ready to face the real world just yet... But it'll take till at least next summer to move out anyways, so by then I should be ready.

Here's hoping you can shut out the noise they give you for it then. I remember when I first left my mother was really not impressed with it, but now she respects my choice and is perfectly fine with it. It just takes a while, but they should come around.

Ooh, braces. Make sure to get those fully removed. I missed the last appointment, now I have a wire behind my two front teeth that will never come off. >.>

Ah, right, you have to pay for yours. Mine was on the National Health Service, so it was free, I just missed the last appointment and never rebooked it. >.>
