Zodiac Force

Angel let go of her daggers and swiftly kicked Advent behind the knees. "Don't mention kissing again." She warned.

 

"Oh you're hilarious," Angel scoffed. "But fine, I will." She started to draw her daggers, but thought twice about it and let them lay in their scabbards. Four to one. Neck and ribs should be the best place for me to strike. She took a short, deep breath and then ran at the closet beast. Trying her best to keep her eye on all her enemies, she drop-kicked the closest beast and sprang back up to swing her foot into the ribcage of the advancing beast. As the first got up, Angel jumped up, splitting her legs in the air and kicking back both of the beasts' heads. She turned to face the last two and closed her eyes. She drew one dagger and threw it straight into the third beast's neck. Caught off gaurd when it didn't stop its advance, Angel slammed her foot into its gut just before it got to her. She twisted her dagger out of it and quickly ran it across the beast's throat. Pain raked along her right arm. She turned to see the last beast right next to her with its claws in her arm. Angel cursed and pulled away from the beast. She threw a punch with her left hand, missing by inches.

"Right side...."

Angel shuddered at the beast's voice but did not slow in kicking it in the ribs. Satisfied by the distance it backed up, she let her right arm sag after sheathing the bloody dagger. As the beast approached again, Angel stood on her toes and swung her foot up in a clean arch, cracking the beast's neck like the first two. Once the beast was down, she let her muscles relax and gingerly put a hand over the gash on her right arm. "Almost got out of that without a scratch," She panted.

 

OOC: yay!

BIC: Angel winced when she looked at the gash. "It'll have to wait," She muttered, rubbing the blood that was dripping down her arm. "You're the one who's Mr. Urgent." She wiped her hand on her jeans, staining them. How the heck did that beast figure me out? Did it just sit back and analyze me while I fought the others? But it couldn't have pieced everything together, could it? And if it did, when one beast knows something, do the others as well? Her head whirled with questions.

 

OOC: thinking can be a bad thing O.o *hides* hmm star wars= obi-wan... obi-wan= mmmmm

BIC: "What? Have you got me figured out too?" Angel quipped, keeping her hand over the gash. "I thought I was doing a pretty good job."

 

OOC: *blinks* I am lost beyond recognition....whats been happening?

 

"That stupid beast kind of gave it away," Angel muttered.

OOC: :glomp: go read my epic fight scene! ^^

Angel folded her arms. "So you know then?"

OOC: *huggles* better?

 

"How much do you know?" Angel questioned, slowly following Advent.

OOC: that's good =)

 

"Don't you already know?" Angel put her hands on her hip. "I think it's weird, a little crazy, and deffinately dangerous." She paused, searching Advent's eyes. "Is it because of my eye that you're so insistant on 'protecting' me? Because if it is, you don't have to. I've grown up with it and I'm fine. I just have to work on reacting to attacks in time."

 

Angel was taken aback by the suddeness of Advent's question. "Um... I don't know... I've only dealt with a close death once, and I was very young at time...; all I really know how to do is grieve..."

 

"Close enough for me to be upset if you were to die," Angel answered.
