sry bout the poor typing my keys stick

hey roxasvsrike!^^ I have a Q about staff requierments and I was hoping you could give me moore info aboout it cus dpwolf said it's kinda hard to exlain but like I said I was hoping you could give me more info so that I understand it better anyway my Q is what are the requirments/things the staff looks for when you recruit more staff members?

Well all of them are below 100 MB BUT i reduced the resolution to 640x480 and well they are good now ^^ although im still having trouble since the one which i recorded are less in size and have much better quality BUT the edited ones which im making through Vegas have larger size and low quality... so you have any idea whys that or to change some settings or etc.?? ^^"

Well i inputted the KHV intro and closing and well when i wanted it to be the same resolution it came out really good BUT the size of the vid doubled ^^" so if its kk with you then ill add the intro and closing ^^

^^ Kk ill see what i can do ^^ btw all the boss battles are in 1280x720 so i dont think the quality would lessen that much when adding those ^^" but ill see even then ^^ also some of the vids lag a little in the ned of the boss fights since the light uses to much effects so it slows down the Emu a lil i hope thats not a problem?? ^^"

The game that I play the most is Badassfield Bad Company 2. I used to play MW2, but the disc broke on me. (Lame disc) Ummm... I dunno, I got some Guitar Hero games, but I see you only have Rock Band. I have other games, but I don't think they are of much importance.
