But, anyway, what's Dragon Quest IX like and about?

You play as an angel who loses his wings and have to go collect magic fruit that corrupts humans. I never actually beat it, so I can't say much else about it

yeah it's one of my favorites. it may be hard to find though because i think they're out of print. shouldn't be too hard to find one used on amazon or ebay for a reasonable price. and the first two are from GX, the third didn't come to the U.S., four and five (my favorites) are from 5Ds, and six didn't come to the the U.S.
