Each Core Medal has abilites and are for certain parts of the body, there's Head, Arms and Legs.

Head Core Medals

Taka - allows him to see far distances and execute accurate attacks. It also enables him to see inside Greeed or Yummy, such as pinpointing the location of a specific Core Medal within a Greeed's body. In Tajadol Combo, the Taka Head becomes the Taka Head Brave, featuring a more prominent headpiece and a red visor covering the face
Kuwagata - Allows him to create lightning. In Gatakiriba Combo, Kamen Rider OOO can duplicate himself many times ove,r however, it is difficult to get back together as one person afterwards.
Lion - allows him to emit intense light. In Latorartar Combo, Kamen Rider OOO can emit intense heat that can incinerate, an effect known as Liodias .
Sai - allows him to use strong head-butting attacks. In Sagohzo Combo, Kamen Rider OOO can manipulate gravity.
Shachi - allows him to receive and emit sonic waves, spray jets of water, and dive underwater for up to 3 hours. In Shauta Combo, Kamen Rider OOO can turn himself into a liquid state.
Ptera - allows him to use the wing-like External Fins in Putotyra Combo to fly and create freezing winds that encase the opponent in ice.

Arms Core Medals

Kujaku - Arms him with the Taja Spinner, which allows him to deal fire or force attacks, as well as use Giga Scan finishers. In Tajadol Combo, Kamen Rider OOO can use winged projections called the Kujaku Wings, which allow him to fly and fire peacock tail feather energy projectiles at opponents.
Kamakiri - Arms Kamen Rider OOO with the Kamakiri Arms with arm blades called the Kamakiri Swords.
Tora - Arms Kamen Rider OOO with the Tora Arms with the Tora Claw gauntlets.
Gorilla - Arms him with projectile gauntlets called the Gori Bagōn
Unagi - Arms him with the two Unagi Whips that shock the target upon contact. Leaving the Unagi Whips in the Unagi Shoulders charges the whips.
Torikera - Arms Kamen Rider OOO with the Torikera Arms with the two Wind Stingers, mounted on the Torikera Shoulders that extend to any length and impale the target

Legs Core Medals
Condol - Arms Kamen Rider OOO with the Condol Legs, allowing him to use talon-like attachments to enhance his kicks.
Batta - Arms Kamen Rider OOO with the Batta Legs, allowing him to jump and kick with great strength. When used in a Scanning Charge, the legs become more grasshopper-like, allowing for Kamen Rider OOO to jump high in the air and perform a Rider Kick.
Cheetah - arms OOO with the Cheetah Legs, allowing him to move at blurring speed and perform multiple kicks.
Zou - arms Kamen Rider OOO with the Zou Legs, allowing him to cause tremors.
Tako - Arms Kamen Rider OOO with the Tako Legs which can use suckers on his feet to attach to floors, walls, and ceilings, as well as being able to split up into eight legs that can trap a target or barrage a target with kicks.
Tyranno - Arms Kamen Rider OOO with the Tyranno Legs, which can use the Tail Divider tail to deliver a powerful blow and use the sharp Legsteranail claws on the feet to attack enemies with kicks.

Ptera, Torikera and Tyranno cannot be mixed and matched since the other Cores are based on desire while those three negate Desire.

Well, Eiji always is one to help someone even a stranger since he did by accident, cause a whole village to be destoryed in it's civil war by funding the village to help out it's poor troubles, a chidl he befriended was killed and then his family used the sap story method, therefore Eiji has no desires of his own.
