It might hurt her, but think of it like ripping off of band aid, it hurts at that point but it’s easier to deal with than if you carefully and painfully slowly try to deal with it. Very true, even I have, I am sure you have too. Heck I get jealous sometimes online when my friends start talking to someone else. I admit jealousy is one of my biggest flaws but I am working on it. Hmm she sounds like a real delight, I do think though that something is going to have to be done, it might actually benefit the both of you, for one thing you’ll feel more at ease, and hopefully she would realise she isn’t always right. That is actually really pathetic o_O she must be seriously worried about you ditching her. Hmm maybe she actually does like you in that way; does she have many friends other than yourself? Maybe she is worried that if you find new friends she will be on her own or something? I think she is going too far though if she has gone to the extent of getting physical.

Hmmm it is always difficult when dealing with suffocating friends, have you tried to talk to her about giving you some more space? As for the poking and the insulting, maybe she doesn't realise she is hurting you and your feelings, it isn't very nice of her but she might just be teasing.

From the sounds of it she really values you, hence why she is mad you sat next to someone else and why she won't let you talk to the other girl, she might be worried that you will replace her? Maybe you could try explaining to her that it is ok to have other friends and it doesn't mean you are ditching her. How is she stopping you talking to the Russian girl? If she is only here a short time that doesn't seem very fair D:
