lolz. You know, I'm surprised that nobody has chosen to be a Cat clan member yet. I thought we would get quite a few. but It's been the Cylians that have gotten the most attention here. I just found that interesting.

Perhaps, instead of ice, it should be heat. If they control heat the can cool things or heat things. You can still get ice like that.

Just to let you know, It seem that StarSeeker decided to make Cylians be able to control ice as well, not just control it, but make it as well. I wasn't about to ruin his fun so I allowed it.

but the ability to ice fall more along the category of Cylian or mage. perhaps some vampires can use magic, Idk. lolz I'm not fond of vampires because of Twilight, but Joker randomly added them in so I was like ok, why not.

We could add that If you want. The concept can be further developed.

They are just Vampires. They are not human though. They just look human. The can fly short distances, are strong, and have excellent night vision. It was the Joker's idea to have them. So I just thought of stuff on the spot.
