I would change some stuff, but it impossible to change the world as a whole, you might be able to alter some people's mind, but the world is and always will be imperfect. There is no such thing as perfection, and if one were to strive for it, one would most likely go insane because it's not something we can achieve. A perfect world, no war, no hunger, no murder is impossible. Depressing thought but true as can be.

It's an absurd world we live in, that's for sure. Ain't nothing we can do about it, unfortunately.
