Oh, and I think we might get anime and the like, but only on Adult Swim, and even then, they're dubbed and I have to conform to the TV broadcast schedule. (Broadcasting is hell over here. They wait until america is way ahead of us before showing it, then they show an episode a day until they get to their "barrier" and show reruns of the allotted episodes that month, or if they're feeling particularly nasty, they show everything from the very beginning.)

Even if I record it on adult swim, I still need to argue with my parents and sister about watching it as the tv is in a family area, and as our decoder for our cable-like thing has limited space, I would not be able to save all my episodes. Not to mention it is a tad difficult to watch Elfen Lied (If it were shown on Adult Swim) in front of your parents. I wouldn't classify it as Hentai, but it would be very difficult to convince them that it's appropriate.

I actually meant hypothetical (or maybe not...) fan-made hentai drawings and the like of these characters in explicit poses.

Oh, and next to no anime is shown over here, unless you want DBZ re-runs or pokemon. So pretty much I spend my time downloading anime. So far I've got Haruhi, Elfen Lied, both seasons of Geass, Neon Genesis + the movie where everyone hugs and turns into tang, a couple of episodes of Trigun and eight episodes of Gurren Lagann.

Well I've heard that Lolicon over here counts as the same thing, so what about those special cases in anime such as V.V. from Code Geass? He's a little kid but well over the age of 50. How about Ayanami Rei from Neon Genesis Evangelion? She's only 14, but has the soul of someone older than 18, not to mention she's a clone of that person. In fact, as Evangelion are still technically bodies of those who have had their souls put inside them, would hentai staring Evangelion with people underage being the souls, be illegal? What if the "person" in question is part cat/dog? Does it still count? If so, is it calculated in half-dog years? For one that you're familiar with, what about Orochimaru? If he took over the body of a little girl...

Just throwing these ideas out there.
