Poems Inspired By My Life

Multiple poems i've come up with. All have been inspired by something or another in my life.

"I'm so afraid to say what's really on my mind
Yet nothing's all that different from every other time
I want to share my feelings but i'm truly just too shy
There has never be hello so there'll never be goodbye..." -Original

"I'm just stupid so ignore what I say
I make my mistakes every single day
I wish I could change everything about me
But some things last an eternity..." -Original

"There are times when silence is louder than words
And nothing describes how the silence hurts
But for those times that you simply must speak
Remember how words are stronger than they seem." -Original

"Love is a thing of beauty
It heals the holes in your heart
But it is also a thing of ruin
And it leaves you missing a part
Yet regardless of these things
We must continue to try
For if we stay in hiding
We can kiss true love goodbye..." -Original

Like I said before, everything's been inspired by something or other in my life, so I try really hard to get some kind of point across.
Also, I use some of these in my AMVs so they're also used to describe the story of the vid, which is sometimes a way to vent.

I may put more up as I come up with them.

Never lose your hope
For if you ever do
Then there is not a way
For love to come find you...

Oh my god these are too cute. Really relatable to a lot of people because I know I've written poems like this before. I especially like the first and the fourth one the best. The rhyme scheme is not forced and it flows really well. Nice work!

This... this just means a lot. I do this when I feel bad, want to make one for a video, or have a rough day at school. I try hard to make it rhyme while still having it make sense and i've got a longer one that I wrote on a very depressing day that I will post in a little bit.

I don't think I would get these published because it's not really the main thing I want to do with my life but this is for other people to enjoy, with or without any monetary expenses attached. If they know what i'm going through then they're hurting inside... a lot. This is a way to help someone cheer up and for them to know that they're not alone...

 

Another one. Be warned it's very depressing...

We never had a day
Or talked a little while
You act like my existence
Is sick and totally vile
I wish i'd never met you
Or ever seen your face
Cause now I only dream
Of that one perfect day...
And it will never come
We both know this is true
You've never thought of me
But I still think of you...

Long backstory and shizz but it's about my first crush...

New poem. It was inspired by the troubles someone I know is going through. I just hope this helps them feel better about everything.

But enjoy every moment that you've got left today
While during it's course, life may seem bittersweet

Improv poem!

I feel there's no one I can trust
It seems like my joy's not a must
I feel alone so here's goodbye
At least some joy comes when I die...

 

Well I decided to dig thought KH-Vids poems. Wow. Oh my. Wow. This is absolutely amazing. Really..this is glorious. Hope things get better for you (although I know what I just said probably means nothing).

So you took my heart and broke it well

Shit's happening in my life... lots of it actually, and I need to vent.

You say you hate this place
And the people are a disgrace
But remember the people who care for you
Because if you leave, you'll be hurting them too~

You try your best to be the hero
But every hero has his fall
You came for me when hope was gone
And felt like our love conquered all
Yet when I look back I only see fear
The fear of loss, despair, and dread
I thought they were your fears for me
Or were you afraid it'd be YOUR end...?
